I went to get my Jeep serviced ,and somehow during the removal of my drain plug or replacing it they put a hole in my oil pan. Then they tried to say I hit something that did it! It’s a Jeep ,it’s covered with skid plates designed to protect from that. They wouldn’t do the right thing and just tried to play it off, so now it just leaks oil all the time til I get it fixed. Don’t go there they are cheats and have unreliable employees.

service was friendly and price was fair BUT they overtightened the bolt on my oilpan and i cannot remove it with a standard 3/8ths ratchet driver. perhaps some oil change place before them damaged my oilpan and they were able to keep the bolt in? if so they should have mentioned this. i do not want to strip my oilpan bolt while trying to do a simple oil change. i should not need a cheater bar or impact wrench to remove my oilpan bolt, why is it stuck on? oil filter came off easily. ford ranger

I had to change my five star review to a one star review. I've been a customer for almost ten years. I had my fiancee drive my car into Pit Stop for a radiator flush, and they refused to work on it. The older man there said that it was too hot. I took the car to Oil Can Henry's, and they had no problem working on it! They said all it needed was time to cool down. They did a much better job, and much friendlier! This was the third time I was denied service at Pit Stop, and this is the third time Oil Can Henry was there to help instead. I loved going to Pit Stop, but their rudeness to my fiancee and refusal to work on my car made me so upset. I recommend Oil Can Henry's, and if Pit Stop refuses to service your vehicle, try Oil Can Henry's.

Kind guys. Quick service. They gave me the wrong oil as a suggestion to go from 5w-20 to 5w-30 to prevent me leaking so much oil. We'll see how it goes. The guy forgot to tell me he gave me the 5w-30 and I got a little irate. They told me they wouldnt refund me but did. I brought the money back to them in good faith. If my engine has issues on a long trip tomorrow I'm coming back for my money haha.

My daughter brought her car for an oil change on the 9th of the month. By the 15th the check engine light came on. When we brought it to our mechanic he said the oil was so dirty at it effected the cam sensor and there was absolutely no way the oil had been changed 7 days before. Beware them charging for services they don't preform. If I could give no stars I would.

This is where you want to get your car oil changed. Excellent in all areas. The men working there were knowledge and didn't once try to sell me something that I didn't need or want. They carry factory authorized full synthetic oil for European cars. Valvoline 5-30 European oil. I know its the best service my old bmw has seen. TOP NOTCH PLACE.I highly recommended it. Matt

The prices are reasonable, the service is fast, the people are nice, and they always let me know if there’s something I should be worried about! They replaced the headlight on my car today, never had that done while getting my oil changed! Another time, they let me know that I had a cracked belt, which I wouldn’t have known otherwise! Absolutely love the Pit Stop! I’m new to Eugene and needed a fast oil change, they are quick, efficient and thorough. I didn’t want to go to a franchise oil place, they always tack on extra charges for no reason… while the pit stop asked if I wanted my fluids topped up for a dollar more. Uh yeah who wouldn’t? I am grateful for their local business and affordable cost. Definitely go to them.
