Oh my gosh the people at Prairie Road Auto are so incredibly kind and helpful! I was traveling cross country and had stopped in Eugene, when before I departed the next morning I noticed my front skid plate was almost coming off. I called around, and got in touch with Prairie Road Auto and they fixed my car up in 20 minutes without even an appointment! The team was super knowledgeable and so kind and helpful, they made my day and made it so I could get on the road without any delays! Huge shoutout to Cody, Mike and Ben for all their help, they are incredible employees and are kind humans. I will be moving to Eugene in July and I know just where to go if I have any car issues. The Best!

Good morning all. Just giving a shout out to Prairie Road automotive. I took my 2011 GMC sierra in to get new spark plugs and wires installed. First time ever using this automotive shop. The service representative Donovan. You cannot ask for better customer service. They got my vehicle in at the appointment that I set and in no time at all my vehicle was ready. For me, the truck is new, but have had it for a year now.they made sure everything and detailed everything that they looked at to make sure everything Was up to par. So now I have a new place to take my vehicles when I need something done. Trust is a big word. I feel very comfortable taking my vehicles to Prairie Road automotive. They were fantastic! Gave me feedback about other issues even though I went in for a oil change only. Mike changed my light bulbs out when I told him I was traveling over the weekend to see my grandkids. They were super kind and I felt very taken care of. They also gave me a great price overall! I am a Hospice Caregiver and when i was leaving work at 8am I backed out of the driveway only to have no power steering... I look up and there was belt on the ground. I phoned PR automotive and spoke with Lyndsie she was so awesome. I explained the problem gave her the address of my client and Donovan arrived within a half an hour to help me. Who does that? I was absolutly amazed. My car was towed there and they called a few hours later saying it was just a belt. Above and beyond the call of duty. I thought it was a little Ma and Pa place only to realize, it is a well oiled machine with a ton of mechanics across the street as well. I feel like I finally found a place i can trust. Being a single woman that says alot. Thanks you guys

From beginning to end an oustanding, friendly, and honest experience ! My elderly folks needed their Toyota Avalon serviced and Prairie Road Automotive came very highly recommended by one of their friends. Appointment was made, I dropped the car off in the morning and they provided me with a courtesy Uber ride to and from. Received a text car was ready for pick up, they sent an Uber to me received a warm, smiling welcome from the "Chaos Coordinator" in training (Lindsay), and was pleasantly shocked that all services had been provided and invoice was $120 less than the estimate! When does that EVER happen with auto repair shops?! We will always come here for all of our family's auto repair needs. Thank you to the crew, they were all amazing!
