This is absolutely the best place to take your vehicle for body repair in Eugene! Zane and his team did a fantastic job in an extremely timely manner and my Lexus looks absolutely beautiful! I went to five other auto body shops for estimates and this shop was $500 less than any of the others! They did extra detail work and were very professional and kind.. Very happy with results, great color match, great looking final result. I went with the top of the line base/clear option and was not disappointed. Metallic base coat was evenly and uniformly applied. Clear coat is smooth and and glossy, have not found any sags, wrinkles fisheye, or orange peel! Well done guys! Still don’t have all the trim/bumpers on but the car looks awesome! It took about 6 weeks, most of that time the car sat in their gated yard but that’s ok. They told me 6 weeks up front. So if you are looking for a good, quality paint job for your ride at a decent price point, check them out.-1

Go here and ask for Jay. If you're looking for great work and people you can trust to fix you up, GO HERE! Jay not only restored my vehicle, he was there every step of the way. I had to fix my car out of pocket because of an accident that I wasn't at fault with. I had to fight my own insurance for almost three months jumping hoops for them to understand it was the other guys fault and the police were no help. I put off fixing my car for 3 years out of discouragement and because I was too poor at the time. Jay worked with me and I didn't feel skeptical about anything from beginning to end. He kept me updated about everything which gave me more confidence and trust in the process. When I saw my car, I almost cried. There are things that just happen in life and then you miss opportunities. When it happens, don't miss. I really appreciate everything. Thanks Jay.

Promises not kept, excuses for everything. Does not take ownership for their mistakes. Had my truck for over a month, and never ever communicated with me unless I initiated the communication. They take advantage of the good nature of a person like myself. I was patient with them hoping for the very best outcome. I paid over $4,500.00 and was told that I should not expect a $12,000.00 paint job. I did not ask for a $12,000.00 paint job. I expected the job to be what was promised. Some places on my truck was not even painted. Things I asked to be repaired was worse when I finally got my truck back (Dust or lint in the paint like an amateur painted it). On the estimate they circled ' lint ' I showed from a previous paint job on my hood which I asked to be fixed, and they charged me for. Yes, they fixed that spot, but gave my truck a paint job with lint painted into other places. Im very disappointed.

Had my whole vehicle painted here since they were having a deal, even though I just needed my front bumper painted. Asked if I needed to do any prep work since my bumper was just smooth abs and I had some pitch on my paint. I think it was the manger at the time told me they’d take care of it. They didn’t prep the bumper at all or the car. It started peeling after about 6 months and less than 4,000 miles. They painted over all the pitch, got a bunch of dirt in the paint and even got white overspray on my black vehicle. Made multiple complaints and they just kept telling me there was nothing to do since the dude that made my deal no longer worked there. Even though it was a 1 year warranty. I highly regret going to them, I feel like my paint is worse now then before I went to Maaco

Brought my car in for an estimate, Craig gave me a quote to replace the two damaged doors ( 2000 Subaru legacy) as neither the drivers or rear passenger doors would open. Brought my car in and they replaced the doors, shimmed them so they would open and close better, painted to match the color beautifully, in the time allocated. I couldn't be more pleased with the service Craig and the rest of the staff provided me.

This wasa big decision at home to.paint our truck, 1978 chevy C10.. 2 tone, blue over powder blue.. Maaco employees worked very hard.. truck looks outstanding.. To bad it was the wrong color when I picked it up.. it is now blue with cream in the middle?? There was a refund involved..

Zane was my primary contact and he was absolutely amazing. I brought in my 2012 dodge charger pursuit to get repainted from the black and white to a cool gray. It looks absolutely amazing and I couldn't be more happy with the service. Was it perfect? No, but for less than 3k it is absolutely amazing. Thank you all so much for the amazing experience!
