Straight lied to my wife, got told our car had one immediate repair needed(brake booster)through Kendalls own link. When they realized we had a warranty they tried to call my wife and tell her NOTHING was wrong and to come pick up the car now like the problem never existed. Just so they don't have to replace stuff for free. This is crazy, she could have came and got the car and the breaks could go out on her and they are okay with this. Horrible company!!!!!!!! No ethics!!!!!!!!!

I damaged my exhaust system when I hit something laying in the road. Called my insurance agent and they suggested Kendall Collision. They got my car in the next day, ordered the parts and I had my repair scheduled for the day after the parts arrived. The manager, Kevin, was fantastic. I felt like he really cared about my repair and took pride in the service they provide. The whole group there took excellent care of me and my car. Plus, the repair turned out great. Drives and sounds like new again. I will definitely recommend them to anyone needing their service.

I had a wonderful experience with Kendall Collision. My car was backed into and once I filed my claim, Kendall took care of the rest for me very quickly, including a rental car. After our car was keyed, Kendall Collision was able to get us in right away for an estimate. They were efficient about communicating with our insurance adjuster and with us during the process. Their estimate was very close to the actual bill, and everything seemed reasonably priced. The paint job was top-notch and they did an excellent job matching to our existing paint color. I would definitely use Kendall Collision in the future.

UPDATE: Since I posted this review, Kendall have found my parts (which apparently were misplaced). They then contacted me and quickly got the parts installed. Can't say it was an ideal situation, but they did get it taken care of. Original review: I took my car to Kendall early last year for some collision repair. After several months they had it mostly done, but were having trouble getting a few minor parts. They said I could take the car and they would call me when the parts came in to finish the job. That was over a year ago. They have never called. When I call them I either get "still waiting on the parts" or I simply get forwarded to a voicemail. My bad for expecting them complete a job that they were already paid for... but, still, very disappointing.

Not the best experience, dealing with Kendall Collision Center. We brought our 2021 Subaru Ascent in, with extensive damage caused by a collision with a deer. The accident happened in August, but we could not get an appointment until mid-January. They originally estimated that it would take until April, to have the car fully fixed. They beat that timing by two months. That part is great, and we normally would not complain. However, upon receiving the car, we noticed that the “eyesight” (collision/lane assist camera) was still malfunctioning. This was on Friday. We called them today (Monday) to let them know, and we were treated incredibly rudely, by Rob H. We told him that this was something that we made the collision team aware of before leaving the vehicle for repair. He alluded to the fact that it might not have been because of the collision. Okay, Rob, if that were the case we would have had to have notified the dealership of this issue before the accident. The vehicle is unsafe to drive without the “eyesight” working properly, as it can stop the vehicle without warning. We now have had to schedule another appointment, with the dealership, to have this remedied. The scheduler for that appointment said that the collision center should have brought it over there before returning it to us. We live an hour and a half away, and they know this. It’s already been a headache for us, I can’t understand why they would choose to make the situation more difficult for someone. Then, on top of that, to treat us poorly is just unacceptable. Really poor customer service. Consider taking your vehicle elsewhere. Kendall, as a whole, has lost our business, as well as all the others we have told about purchasing a vehicle (at another dealership) and also their collision center. The Kendall Company does not know the meaning of integrity.

Took my Subaru here for some repair work. They were very friendly and informative, worked fast, efficiently, and the vehicle was returned cleaner than I left it and in perfect condition. The staff keeps you informed of the repair work and you never have to call them to ask how things are going. If your car needs bodywork, this is one of the best experiences I’ve ever had getting my car fixed.

I would NOT recommend getting your car fixed by Kendal Collision. They do extremely shoddy work. I had my Lexus fixed by them a few years back, and the gas cap on my car has never set flush on my car since my car came back from Kendall. I tried brining it back in right after the work was done, and they did not attempt to fix it.. they don’t guarantee their own work which is something you should be worried about when choosing a place to repair your car.. the reason I am writing today, is because my car is going into the shop for work, and Lexus brought to my attention that Kendall removed the trim code plates from my driver side door when they were repairing it, and never reinstalled them.. You really suck Kendall Collision! Taking your car here is at your own risk! Believe me, I absolutely regret having Kendall Collision fix my car!!

Rob Holloway provided outstanding customer service during a very stressful post accident process. My wife, while driving her 2016 Civic, was recently struck passenger side by a distracted driver. We knew of Rob from his successful tenure as a service adviser at Kenda Honda Service in Eugene. Rob provided timely updates on the repair/insurance process, professionally answering all of Janet's questions, with his wide ranging knowledge of cars as well as years of experience in the field. Janet and I have purchased 7 new Hondas from Kendall in the past 36 years, largely because of the excellent service department and now body shop, as well as staff like Rob, who truly value customers. Anybody can sell cars, Kendall Honda provides staff who are dedicated to making certain you are satisfied after the sale. Had them do a warranty paint job on my Lexus and there is over spray all over my windows and my interior is super dusty from them sanding. Also when I picked up my car after it was painted the whole car was super dirty and now that I am cleaning it 4 days later I am finding issues with the paint. They also told me the whole door was repainted but I can see the tape line on my doors, plus I found tape that was still not removed. Here are pics less then a year later I now have my clear coat is chipping off after it has been painted!

Made an appointment 2 weeks in advance. Delivered my pickup and was told a week to 2 weeks to fix it. Just a few small dents on the top of the bed and tailgate. Asked to have any pieces they replace and they said no problem. 6 weeks later I get my pickup back. Has a dent on top of the tailgate from where they tried to install an aftermarket plastic cap and couldn't get it to fit right (they told me that) has a chip on the top of the driver's side fender, bed isn't aligned with the cab. About half an inch to the driver's side. Tailgate only latched on driver's side unless you slammed it, then it was too tight on the passenger side and would bind it up. 5th wheel rails weren't tightened down, one bolt was almost completely out and missing the spacer. It had been left in the cup holder like they didn't need it. They threw away most of the pieces that I had requested them to save. Then offered me $100 towards replacing those pieces. The wrecking yard wanted over $300 for them. They asked if they could line X the bed for me rather than fix the inside as it would save alot of work. They instead had some cheap used car lot spray in a generic liner that is chipping off already. I assumed since it was saving them a lot of work, it would save me money. Nope, when I asked them about it when I was picking it up they said it didn't save any work, it got the job done faster for me (6 weeks instead of 1 or 2). No, I won't be back, not even to have them fix the things they messed up. They don't ever get my business again or anyone I ever talk to.

Brought our truck in to get the bumper repaired after Kendall Chevrolet damaged our vehicle when we brought it in for Warranty service, They didn't even tell us! We noticed and had to call them!! Took 4 days to install a bumper instead of the two we were promised. It still isn't on correctly. Had to take it to another body shop to correct this. Bad customer service. Lack of communication. Do not recommend!

Perfect work completion and thorough care for my vehicle. When my new Lexus GX 550 got damaged in a minor accident, I got quotes from a few different collision centers. I ended up going with Kendall Collision because of the convenience of their drop-off location on Goodpasture Island Rd and knowing that they don't unnecessarily report minor repairs to Carfax (affecting your car's resale value). I expected decent work, but the quality exceeded my expectations. Their communication throughout the process was also top notch with daily texts providing updates on estimated completion times. They even found an area I was unaware was damaged underneath the vehicle and had that repaired as well. My car is a new model with a new paint color that didn't exist prior to my model year and they still somehow were able to make it look like it never even happened. Would recommend!

I have been here a couple of times recently. I got new tires and regular service. The experience was great. They got me many discounts, which makes me happy, I also had some body work done from when I had someone bump my vehicle in a parking lot. This was a little long for the repair. It took Almost a month.the people were pretty good and kept me updated. But it just really took a long time. A month is a long time to be without a Vehicle. This is the only reason I put four stars. The repairs and work were good and I was happy with the end product.
