I went to see Gary from Bill and Gary's for the first time about a year ago. I knew there were things wrong with the Van, but after my appointment I was presented with a grocery list of items that needed fixing. Gary was nice enough to prioritize the list of items by safety and importance. I have now been back 4 times and getting to the very bottom of the to do list and couldn't be happier. He has brough my old Astro back from a near death experience and she runs great.

I went here today as I drop in. Donovon took a look at my car to see where my oil was leaking from without charge. He showed me a video he took on his phone of the problem to help me understand what was going on. He advised me to head down to Pit stop off of Garfield and west 11th to have the same day part fixed without having to leave my car. He went out of his way to call Pit Stop and let them know what the problem was, and that he was sending me over there. I was well taken care of by both places and will absolutely recommend Bill and Gary's to my family and friends.

This is the best auto repair shop. They are honest. They are timely. They are affordable. I like the fact they are truly knowledgeable and share their findings of what needs to be repaired. They dont gauge and dont try to add on unnecessary repairs. We have been taking our personal and company vehicles here for years. Except one time. (Or I should say 3 times trying to get repair done correctly ) what a mistake. Referred because insisted they were best with electrical. Which is part of their company's name. Finally had enough. Took it to Bill and Garys 2 days ago. Not only did they fix it. But while hoisted found a 5" long x about 2" stick of metal in my tire. I thought I was in need of alignment when i drove the car there. Nope. Just needed that pulled out and repaired. By the way. Which they personally took to the tire shop for me so I could drive out of there safely with my car repaired with the correct parts. We will never stray away again. Yes, we'll be back as we need with owning 7 vehicles its necessary at times. Thank You Again. As always you got to work immediately on the repair.

It’s hard to find a good auto repair shop. Bill and Gary’s is the best I’ve been to in long time. I have a 2011 Prius and they check everything and their work on it has been great these last 4 years I’ve gone to them. They only do what’s best for your car and they don’t do extra stuff you don’t need like some places. They are friendly and they take time to explain things.

You might have to wait a while to get an appointment, but its worth it! These guys do good work, and most of all, they're honest. You won't get ripped off or mislead into buying something you don't need like so many other mechanics in town. You can trust them to be fair, stand behind their work, and treat you and your vehicle with respect. I highly recommend them.

They have changed ownership within the last couple years. At first this concerned me, but i have come to realize that in some ways they are doing a better job than Bill and Gary. Mainly the new owners have been more organized which in turn gets the problem fixed approximately 20% faster. They are very thorough and do a great job of explaining the problem and the needed fix. My only complaint would be to communicate a little better when you will be closing for the holidays. We had a breakdown and surely would have had the tow truck leave our van on the lot had we known when and if they were coming back. Maybe next time a note on the door declaring you are sneaking away for the holidays but will be back on such and such day. Ps. I hope they had an awesome Christmas and New Year's. They work very hard and deserve any break they can get.

These guys were great. Donovan was very helpful and experienced. We took a 2004 Titan in for a blown rear axle seal and they diagnosed it quickly and correctly. Another auto shop in Eugene had told us we should just donate it because they were “certain it’s the rear differential”. I’m glad I got a second opinion at Bill and Gary’s. I appreciated that they were never condescending (as mechanics can be) and didn’t take advantage of us. They were easy to work with and I will use them again.

These guys are probably the best mechanics I have worked with. The usual folks at the front desk (Ray, Donovan, Matt) are experts at translating "car talk" into English - and explaining in a way that doesn't make me feel dumb. Their labor rates are fair and the work is top notch. I feel like they have gone above and beyond for me and my vehicles. Huge thanks to this team for getting me back on the road several times and for having such genuine excitement when I finally had to get a different car. I can't recommend them enough, especially to my fellow Subaru owners in the Eugene area.

Had to send my transmission to another shop to repair. Instead of trying to up-charge me, they reduced their labor costs to compensate. I’m out the door for the quoted price and the car is fixed.
