My trunk didn't close. The dealership charged me $100 just to look at it and they told me it would be $250 for a new trunk latch and up to $400 total after installing it. I took it to Kustom they looked at it and fixed. Great service! Really cared about me and my car. Thank you!!

Matt and Jennifer are great to work with. I was rear ended and the insurance sent an adjuster to see the damage. I did not know there was front end damage too so Kustom Auto did the wok for us with the insurance company for additional damages Repairs were complete in a week or two. The trunk needed additional attention about a month later and they helped me with no additional charges. Wonderful company to work with.

They did an outstanding job dealing with the insurance company that was trying to have me accept a less than full repair on my nearly new Honda. The work was perfect and I was willing to wait for their dealings with the insurance company to get this result. They clearly demonstrated the reasons why you don't go with an insurance company's contract body shop.

Hands down one of the best companies I’ve worked with. They handled everything from getting me a rental car when enterprise dropped the ball and lost my reservation to working with the insurance company to get the proper fix instead of quick repair. They fixed the issue with the rental car company trying to charge me extra because they didn’t get the info from insurance that I needed to keep the car longer. Absolutely amazingly friendly, over the top helpful and more than professional. It was a completely painless experience on my end and would recommend Kustom Auto Body to everyone! This family business did an amazing job on some seriously deep scratches on my Tesla. I didn't want to repaint, so they mixed up some touch up paint and did a combination of filling in the scratches and buffing them to the point you can't even see them without getting within inches. They were courteous, professional, punctual and highly skilled. Add their incredibly fair pricing and you have the perfect body shop, especially since I was paying out of pocket. I HIGHLY recommend this business. AND they did this all while I waited down the street eating dinner, staying open late for me since I couldn't get out of work during their usual business hours. We were told we'd have the car back in 8 days. It was 16. They NEVER called to tell us it would take longer. We called on a Tuesday (the 8th. day) and had to call again on Thursday because NO one returned our call. They were nearly $1600.00 over on their estimate. It's their JOB and they're off by $1600.00?? They couldn't get our credit card to work on their machine. We used it 20 minutes prior and it worked just fine. We have $7500.00 (confirmed) available on the credit card and they couldn't get it to work for $6000.00, $5000.00 or even $3000.00. It's unprofessional to not let people know the car will not be available on the expected day and VERY unprofessional to ignore phone calls

I highly recommend Kustom Auto Body without question! The receptionist is nice, patient, and had prompt same day responses to my constant follow-up emails. She did a better job at keeping me looped in than my insurance did! My car looks like new, smelled fresh and clean!
