Automated ride through at very reasonable price. Usually get better exterior washes here vs. the (incredibly) over-priced full service places. Bonus, if you have a sleeping child no one has to vacate the car!

On May 16, 2019 (Thursday) between approximately 4:30pm & 5:30pm I brought my 2015 Honda CR-V Touring car to be washed. My car WAS in mint condition without any scratches or dings on it, and only 20,000 miles on it. The next morning when I was about to leave for work, I walked by the front of the car. I was shocked when I saw ding marks all along the edge of the hood and scratches. The ding marks continue across the top of my car in a straight row on the drivers side roof. There is a lot of damage After work yesterday I went to the car wash, but it was closed with both doors closed. Will try the phone number today, and see what they say, but my expectations are low, but I will pursue it through the courts if I have to. Avoid the place, the obviously don’t do preventative maintenance

I wasn't aware car washes could be that small...tiny place. They hand/brush wash b4 you enter the wash tunnel. I will say the blow dry was great, had very little hands drying needed

This is the best car wash around. I have no idea why the other person complained. The staff is always extremely friendly and I have been going to this car wash for years. My car always comes out great.

Im not a local, but was in the area for business and was looking for a good car wash. This place had decent reviews, so I went. Very old and outdated looking. Kind of like when you go to one of those old amusement parks where you think twice about getting on the old rickety roller coaster. I went through w some hesitation. No damage, but my truck was still half covered in dirt and salt after going through. Luckily I will never have to go there again.

I loved coming here until today. The employee was so rude to me when I was trying to pull in. Gave horrible instructions about getting on the tracks, sprayed water on me because he couldn't just wait to start and give me proper instructions. So disappointed I have to find somewhere new to go.

DO NOT COME HERE! This place is HORRIBLE! Your car will not be clean after you go through. I paid to have my truck cleaned and it came out dirty! I reported this to the employees and they told me that it looked better. I asked if they would make it right and they told me, “No”! I basically paid $12 to have some water thrown on my truck.

You know, you pay for what you get. When you pay 12 bucks for their best service or 20 bucks a month to clean your car, you can’t expect it to be good. But, what I would expect, is that they are at least open when they say they’re going to be open. They say they’re open till seven and I get here today at 6:33 and they’re closed. Good thing I drove out of my way to make sure I get my car washed. Disappointing, unprofessional, occasionally rude, a few diamonds in the rough, But, overall, only worth it for the perceived value. Just don’t expect it to be good. They don’t care. UPDATE: on 7/24 I arrived at 6:30. My car stood at the STOP sign at the entrance till 6:38. I was concerned because no one came out, doors were open, bays were open & cars were parked. So, I opened my car door, got out of the car and walked towards the entry door. As I got within arms reach, I was met by a gentleman. Now, there’s a polite, thin Spanish guy with glasses that usually works there. It wasn’t him. He and the female staff that I’ve come across in the past have always been polite, cordial and are the secondary reason why I continued to come back (value and convenience the others). This gentlemen suggested that he was the owner, suggested that he knew I wrote this review, and was critical of me writing this review; suggesting that I should have come to him about it. He defended the notion that they only closed early in inclement weather or if machines malfunctioned. I suggested that the original review came after I flew to the car wash after work as fast as I can to get there on time, only to find the place closed on a beautiful day with no sign or information telling us why it was closed. This review came after 3 or 4 consecutive days of coming.His response to me was that If I wasn’t happy, then why continue to come here. I questioned whether or not I needed to write about waiting 7 minutes at the gate before someone magically appeared moments after I got out of my car and approached the door. He said he doesn’t care. So, I cancelled my EverWash service agreement. Yes, you pay half the price that you pay everywhere else. Yes, all but 1 of the staff is cordial and provide good service. But, none of it is worth getting chewed out after I waited for 7 minutes because he didn’t want to wash my car. Don’t write many reviews. Probably won’t write any more after this. Have no problem with the business model; cheap price for car wash at the convenience of the owners without a need to represent themselves when customers are inconvenienced and bitter if you call them out on it. Still the best value in town. But, not worth my patronage

Hi I recently moved here from North Carolina I love the area except for this car wash it is the worst car wash I have ever been too. Besides the employees spraying water in my face when I am trying to pay. The car wash is so poorly designed I can’t get my pickup in without jumping the track. I will never ever never return to this location regardless of how filthy my truck is.

Cash is best if you like going here. They have a minimum amount for credit cards but don’t tell you that until you’re up for the wash and blocked in. I have been coming here many times before, and never had an issue with it so it must’ve been fairly new. I know that’s a common thing so in itself it didn’t bother me. But since you’re basically trapped in when you get up to the entrance of the wash I politely suggested that they have a sign for that beforehand. The guy was very rude and treated me like I was stupid in response. They’re cheap, you get what you pay for. I’d rather pay double for kinder service than that. You shouldn’t pay in any service industry to be treated like that. This is the last time I’ll be going there. Wouldn’t recommend coming here honestly.

I happened to get their Silver Wash Monthly Package on sale for only $8.00. How can you go wrong? Two washes and it's paid for assuming you tip! I have never had any scratches or issues, they run a fast but smooth operation and their Manager a Spanish Gentlemen always treats me well.

Wont be going back here, Lady guiding me to the wheel guide did terrible job, Scratched both my rims, They started spraying car before even asking me what i wanted, Then asked me to lower my window to talk while foam was all over car and dripped into car. Cheap carwash just cost me alot more. Stay away

All the reviews say the manager was rude, and he really was! Their car wash equipment was extremely unprofessional. When I tried to drive my car in, they damaged my undercarriage; a part of my car came off. They told me they couldn't wash my car, but my car was already damaged, and now I have to pay to repair it! If you don't want your car to break down, don't come here! I also hope the boss can see the work attitude of your employees.

Decided to try this place for the first time and it was a big mistake. By the time it's almost my turn, the car wash is mysteriously broken all of the sudden and they keep telling me to back out while I'm clearly in reverse already moving. When I ask about the refund they're literally like "what money". There's no manager on site and they want me to wait "30 minutes" more just for him to show up. I had to threaten them with calling my bank and reporting fraud just to get my money back. DO NOT COME HERE!
