Place did a Tire rotation on a new set of tires in my truck when I asked for an alignment ! They took 6 hours to do so and had the nerve to say that I had requested that. I still had to pay for the rotation n walked out to a different service to get the tires aligned.

Never again will I go to this tire shop. I took my vehicle in for an oil change and an inspection. I asked them to call me to go pick it up once they were done. I went in at 9 am it was already close to two and no one had called me. I called and the person who answered stated "oh yes that vehicle has been ready for a while now". I get there and they told me I didn't pass inspection. That I needed new tires. (Go figure they sell tires). I went to another inspection place and nothing was wrong with my tires I passed!

For years I have taken my vehicle there for oil changes, air filters changes, and so far I have always been very satisfied with their service. It's located on Bartlett St. Next to the Firestone store. To the whole crew I appreciate you. My son took our vehicle on 11/01/23 with a problem with the brake system (the brake lights would not turn off). The following lady Linda Galvan, and men David Patricio,and Hector Mejia is the mechanic in charge congratulations for your professional and customer service!! Went in early took nearly 3 hours just for the oil change. Another customer got there later than me and left like :45 minutes faster. They used to be better than these people are today.

Horrible experience, I’m a truck driver out all week had a chance to come in since they always say first come first serve location opens at 8am been at the door since 7:30am went to have a bite since they said it’ll take 1 1/2 for a suspension inspection 3 hours later im still here jumped by 3+ customers my vehicle and keys were left with service people. The. Ramiro comes out to say lift device is not working 3 hours gone to waste thanks for nothing if no stars was an option that would be the best for this experience. Horrible service Ramiro
