fedex always has the best staff - this location is no different! although a bit hard to find, come in on the pike street entrance, go up the escalators and you will find it on the second floor to the right side. Always good prices, quick help and easy tracking.★★★★★ 9 years ago

First, they don't have WiFi. If you want to print something, you have to email it to them as an attachment--they can't print from URLs. She blamed it on the hotel--I don't really care whose fault it is, it's just not professional. Second, they refused to print my document because it contained a logo. When I showed her the website the document came from and that the clear purpose was for printing for personal use (map for a Ragnar race), she said I was allowed to print it at home, but she couldn't do it because it would violate Federal copyright law. If I could print it at home, I wouldn't be here. This is a clear misunderstanding of Fair Use principles and copyright law, as I would be paying for printing service; FedEx isn't making money by selling the document. I went to another nearby location with good WiFi and got heavier paper for the same price and had no problems.★★★★★ 7 years ago

Staff are nice. There is a handling fee between $2 and $25 per package when dropping off, even when prepaid. Apparently all FedEx stores in local hotels charged these fees★★★★★ 3 years ago

I use this FedEx office at least once or twice a week. I like their location which is so convenient and accessible. The gentleman at the office is polite and helpful all the time. Service is quick, too. The only reason I dropped a star is a one-star review of another customer who mentioned some defects regarding the WiFi.★★★★★ 6 years ago

What a rip off! What is some crazy hotel charge? This sounds like a made up thing. Plus the charge varies randomly. Fix this mess. Why even say you offer FedEx here?★★★★★ a year ago

This location is in a hotel & they charge for drop off, unlike a normal FedEx. The problem is that this information is not known, until once you reached the office. Waisted my time and my gas. Have to go to another location that’s not far, but not the point. They should have the website mention its location is inside of a hotel. Was looking for 5 minutes for the location.★★★★★ 2 years ago

Brian was professional and friendly. He helped me pack the package carefully and ensured I was notified that a $10 surcharge would be charged by the hotel since the office was located inside the hotel.★★★★★ a year ago

To get there, walk in the main entrance of the Sheraton Hotel and head to the right, toward union street. Go into the Union street elevators (located inside) and head to floor 2. Hang a left and your there! Nice place, lots of computers. Camron was friendly and helpful. Not the place to go for large packages or crafts. But there is a printer and shipping supplies for reg-normal size.★★★★★ Edited 4 years ago

In the Sheraton Grand on the second floor. This is a nice little printing center once you find it. There are no signs visible from the street as it is on the second floor. They have a self-service printer and full staff.★★★★★ a year ago

I've been a customer of FedEx for years. I mostly copy and send very important and sensitive documents, very good for colored copies. For the first time I decided to use them to send items, July 14th Monday 11:30am. I usually use trusted UPS. Well this time the worker/Cashier at FedEx was some dude who obviously was not happy to work there, He could barely talk or read. He was Rude as Hell and intentionally wasting my time. He wanted to first have me watch him box up my items. I told him to just weigh them and box it up later. My hand writing is very legible and especially so for this occasion. I wrote down the address and gave it to him, Yet he had to ask me what most letters were on the going address. FURTHER wasting my time. After I pointed him out for wasting my time, He threatened me with a question: “Do you want your items sent or not.” HImself and his coworkers then quickly covered up their name tags and kicked me out. The Store manager “Brad” then came out and agreed with his employees without knowing what was going on. And kicked me out. I went to UPS and they had everything done in minutes!!! I swiped my card and was out the door in less than 10minutes!!! I will never use FedEx for anything again. UPS FOR LIFE!!!!!!!!!!★★★★★ 7 months ago

Heads up they charge a “handling fee” because they’re in the Sheraton. Didn’t expect this from FedEx but I’d go to a regular pickup center if possible.★★★★★ 3 months ago

Great FedEx shipping store. Open on Saturdays as well. It is located in the Sheraton hotel. A little tricky to find if you haven’t been here. Once you enter the hotel from pike and 6th Ave, take a right towards the Starbucks and on the right you’ll see Union street tower elevators. The office is on the 2nd floor and you don’t need a key card to get up there. They do charge a handling fee ranging from $2-$35 based on your item as they are in a hotel.★★★★★ 3 years ago
