Service was good. This is the second time (at least) that the billing did not adhere to the quote. The first time they charged me for a service that I had already paid for through a plan. This time they added a $40 service/shop fee. Constantly being overcharged leads one to question the overall honesty of the establishment.

I brought my Blazer in for a small repair in body shop and a paint touch up. Eddie Sanchez was waiting for me. He rocks! I barely got my laptop open to check emails, and he was back in the office with my vehicle repaired. He washed it after the repair but before the door paint touch up so it would be clean but not smear. This dealership is always easy to work with and the service is consistently exceptional.

I purchased a car on a Saturday with the agreement that all of the light scratches would be buffed out and the scratches needing paint would be fixed. It would have new wheels on it I ordered and be detailed inside and out. 2 1/2 weeks later the car was delivered to me. It was not detailed inside or out. Only the one paint scratch was fixed. All the other light scratches were still there. This is after many conversations over a two week period of me repeatedly asking if they were being taken care of and if the car would be detailed. I was assured over and over that that it was being done. It was initially delivered to the wrong place and the extra key fob was not brought with the car. If obviously it is important enough to a customer that they repeatedly asked you something and you kept promising that it's being done and then you don't do any of it as promised..welll that warrants a bad review. It was a horrible experience and I would never recommend them.

Never had a good experience here. If I could give 0 stars I would. Today 1.5 hours after I drop my truck off for an oil change they tell me they don't have the correct oil. Last time they took 2 hours and didn't fill it with DEF that I paid for. Had to come back and have them add it. Seems like a regular occurrence than a mix up.

Horrible Customer Service! I called and asked to speak with the Service Manager, I told him my issue and he quickly said " let me check on it and ill call you right back" He then quickly hung up. I waited 4 hours and no call. I went directly to the Service Dept. And asked to speak to the Service Manager and was directed to him. Well of course no one knows of my call nor did anyone own up to it. I have a really hard time being treated that way as I have been a long time customer! Feldman is not the only show in town!! Never again Feldman!

They lost my lock key for my wheels. Not once were they able to put a normal sticker on my windshield after oil change. Either there is no sticker, or there is a sticker with some bogus mileage and then they wrote over, with some thick red marker my mileage, that I can hardly read. I only guess when my next oil change is. I only hope that they actually change my oil and filter, and rotate my tires.

I am a senior citizen who bought my first car there probably back in the 60s . Bryan Balch and Dave Mix were there as employees! My first granddaughter is happy with her Beautiful used car and I sincerely thank you Feldmans for being a wonderful place even though the name has changed) Bud Kouts …will live on in my memory as a GOOD EXPERIENCE …NO A GREAT EXPERIENCE !

They did some insurance work after a collision and took over a month to ‘fix’ it. Shortly after we picked it up it started wobbling again. Turns out they failed to notice a broken ball joint when they did the previous work. They are refusing to fix it until the insurance agrees to pay for the new repair and ANOTHER alignment. They have acknowledged it was part of the original damage and are trying to get insurance to pay for it. We can’t be out of a vehicle for another month so we had to agree to pay for it ourselves before they would start the work. Thursday Update: They told us Friday it would be done Monday. Told us Monday it would be done Tuesday. Tuesday it would be done Wednesday. Wednesday it would be done today. Now telling us it will be done tomorrow. I will never recommend this place to anyone.

Tire pressure sensor was reading low and one tire didn't have a reading. They replaced the non-working sensor. They checked what milage service reccomend actions were suggested and went over them with me. All this was done professionally and efficiently. Staff was friendly.
