Vehicle was brought in with an appointment and it took 2 days for them to look at it . I had to call frequently just to get any feedback and they didn’t complete the service until 9 days later. Not sure what’s going on but the service department has been getting steadily worse.

I made an appointment. When I got to the dealership @ 7:00 am (in accordance to my appointment time). I was told my car wouldn’t even be looked at within 24-48 hours. The service advisor I dealt with was rude and argumentative. When I called to check the status, I left messages in his voice mail and he still did not return my calls. I eventually left 3 messages with the service manager and again, no return call.

Deb was absolutely amazing she went above and beyond to make sure I was taking care of. I wasn’t sure if I had an extended warranty on my car or not I don’t think I did. After giving me the price without the warranty she went in just to double check with the dealer I purchase my car from and found I did have the warranty and was able to get the car fixed. I really appreciate all that she did. She’s always amazing when I come and have my car serviced. Continue to keep up the amazing customer service at this location I have been to other Chevy dealerships and this one is my by far the best. I now drive 30 mins just to come to this location to have my car serviced because of the amazing service I receive.

I brought my 2016 Silverado in to have the battery replaced. I did not have an appointment but was taken right in. I waited in the customer lounge area. Took only about an hour. Very happy with the service and turnaround time. Cost was only a bit more than if I would have changed the battery myself but well within reason and saved me from wrestling with a 50 lb battery and having to deal with disposing of the old battery. Do yourself a favor and have the pros at Feldman Chevrolet take care of your vehicles!
