Good place to buy parts but the service is slow..took me 30minutes to get 2 shock absorbers for my car and the store had only 3 customers and alot of workers walking around...

I have three cars, and provide maintenance to other cars of my family members. Lets be fair and start mentioning they usually have better price than its competence, but you need to know what you looking for. They are use to trick you to take what they have in stock and when you come back they advise you to modify the part. Funny! Isn't it? So I decided to bring the parts before buy anything. And guess what they still encouraging the customer to modify the part or they look you in the eye and say that is the part they found in their book for that specific car. This place is only for mechanics or people that know exactly what they are looking for. I decided to do this review because this is my 4th time this happen to me and I trully belive it will be helpful to someone.

Employee didn't want to work, overheard her say, " it's not in the system and I don't want to look for it in the warehouse", terrible customer service and they will find anything to charge you more money. Not trustworthy.

Years ago give$300.00 to obtain a computer. The owner didn't bring the computer after almost a month. Ask for the money with the receipt He said he don't give money back He want to give me a credit and the money need the money to obtain the part from other business after asking my rights he made me wait a long time he give me the money never went there again.
