Owner of the shop is corrupt. 2010 his license was revoked for tampering and illegally transferred the shop under his families name. He overcharges and won't hesitate to overcharge you. Not exactly sure how he is still open. This information is public and if you wish to do the research by all means do it.

My 2004 Ford F150 barely accelerated after warming up. I had been to 3 different Ford Dealers a total of 12 times and 2 different independent shops within a year and a half. They all kept telling me it was in the computer system or it was an electrical "glitch" but could not pinpoint it. I was referred to Ferguson's and the owner figured it out in one day. The whole time it was a mechanical engine problem that affected the engine timing! My truck runs great now. I highly recommend this service shop!

do not take your car here. They will rip you off. Took my car here for real and lamp inspection, they charge me $80 for lamp inspection and failed me because my headlight was cracked. They could have told me it it won’t passes before they started the inspection. The crack was obvious, most shop would do a quick visual and give you a warning so it could be fixxed before they charge you $80 just to fail you. That’s $80 they took from me when they could have just told me to change the cracked lens and come back.

I have an unorthodox mode of transportation, a school bus, and Craig has been super helpful, knowledgeable with it. For the past year I have had Criag work on several things and he has been straight forward with what needs to be done. He always tries to fix the issues within my budget as well. Craig has also helped me when the dealership was incompetent with checking warranties on my car, and gave them a call INFORMING THEM about laws I had no idea existed, and apparently they didn't either. He saved me 100's of dollars. Now that my warranty is expired on my car, Craig is the only mechanic I can trust to handle it.
