They went out of their way to try and get a tire ordered in for my car. Due to an issue through the supplier it was placed on back order but I needed a tire like last week. They were able to place a used tire on my vehicle which will suffice until I can spend $300 on one brand new tire to match my original set 😅. Very friendly folks who I've gone to for years, they have 2 locations.

oh man! i went to my usual spot when a light came on about my tire pressure and they didnt catch it! turns out i needed a tire fixed. I couldnt find help at 530 pm as most shops are closed. i finally came to Fernandos. The young man helped me even though he was closing. he was professional and double checked his work by putting my tire in water to make sure there was no leak! it only took few moments too! thank goodness!

Great experience here! One of my tires was letting out air and I wasn’t sure if I needed it replaced or patched. I called around a few places in Oakland..one of these location I had called has a high number of reviews, but there I was told I needed to go in TWICE because he didn’t want to buy my tire and then “get stuck with it” if I didn’t need a replacement. Mind you, I have a very common make of a car with regular tires. I’m glad I found this place. Got it done quickly. The young man working could have easily lied to me and said I needed a whole new tire, I would have believed him. Rather, he was honest and said I just need to get it patched and then he patched it. I’ve had it patched now for over a month and everything is great. I appreciate the honesty and integrity and will return here. Tip: I had to pay in cash for the patch, $20.

Went yesterday to buy "temporary" used tire. Cost including balance and installation very reasonable $50! Further - the first tire they installed apparently had a small leak, which the tire technician identified and pointed out to both the shop coworker and to me. I think a lot of disreputable shops might have let me drive right out of the shop on a defective tire, but these guys located a different replacement tire...one with good tread...and I drove away confident they provided very competent and professional service and consideration.

They're pretty good. She has a small shop. But they are fast and they fix it at a very affordable price. It used to be $ 15 but they have increased the price a little bit. It's $ 25, but they're not very friendly. They have a face like a refrigerator. Cold people are not friendly and they don't have a smiling face. That's why I'm not giving 5 stars, I'm giving 3 stars. Because it would be better if there was some smiling face. Try to be positive, approach people with a smile and prioritize customer satisfaction, you run a business, customer satisfaction is important, I don't know who treated you badly when you were a kid, but be positive, take it easy

Spoke on the phone with the owner to order two tires for my van, he said $180 each, and I said ok as it was the pricing I had seen for them online. Yet when I came to the shop, all of a sudden he changed his mind and said it was $220 each. That's a $80 dollar difference, it's a lot! Plus when I spoke to him and told him that's not what we talked about he lied and said he never said $180, absolute clown... What a bullshit experience. Only reason I am giving two stars is the employees were solid and kind!
