They are Fantastic I personally bring my 2018 Tesla Model S to the Fetzner Collision and they as soon I arrived they gave me a 5 star customer service they look my Tesla and explain me everything of the process in order to get fix my Tesla. Then after I decided to let them fix my Tesla, they also help me to get my rental through my Insurance company. They also gave me a little fix as a gift. My experience with Fetzner was definitely not a five star event. A deer hit my car causing damage to the right front fender, grill, bumper, and hood. I had read great reviews for Fetzner so I decided to take the car there. This was contrary to my insurance company’s recommendation and also contrary to a good Samaritan’s recommendation. The good Samaritan stopped when the car was on the side of the road to offer his help. As it turned out the good Samaritan was a Customer Care Manager for a dealership of the same make of car that I own, and he recommended the same collision shop as my insurance company. I should have listened. When I first drove my car into Fetzner’s they were friendly enough. They stated that although they had had issues with other insurance companies in the past, they had a positive experience with my company. They said they would keep me informed as things progressed. After two weeks of not hearing anything from Fetzner I called them. They stated they were waiting for the insurance adjuster to come out. I am under the impression this was an independent adjuster, not someone employed by the insurance company. Another two weeks went by without hearing anything from Fetzner. So I called them again. They stated they were waiting for a supplemental check from the insurance company. I called the insurance company, and they said they had just mailed it out that same day. From here things progressed fast. In a day or so Fetzner sent me an email stating the insurance company’s supplemental check was still not enough and I had choices: 1. I could pay the difference out of pocket. 2. I could let my insurance company suggest shops willing to do the repairs as written by the adjuster. 3. I could let Fetzner continue to negotiate with the insurance company, but there was a chance my car would be totaled. I asked Fetzner to continue to work with the insurance company, and forwarded Fetzner’s email to the insurance agent. My insurance company then suggested the best way forward was to have the car towed to the shop they recommended in the first place. I agreed. Fetzner presented the new collision shop a bill via email for $2,759.40, stating, " The charges to pick up Mr Myers [car] are attached below.” I also received a copy of this bill with no explanation as to why. I’m assuming this bill was paid because the car is no longer at Fetzner’s. Part of this bill was $1,815 “storage fee”, “gate fee” of $125 and “admin fee” of $25. I was never verbally informed of all these fees when I took the car in. All I was told was that they felt confident working with my insurance company. All these fees are probably in the “Contract for Vehicle Repair and Repair Authorization” which I signed. At the time I was told that document was just to allow them to dismantle the car to check for hidden damage. In conclusion, before you take your car to Fetzner’s you should consider: 1. Fetzner may not be able to come to terms with your insurance company. 2. The cost of repairs for front end damage resulting from a deer collision at Fetzner’s could amount to as much as totaling your car (even though you were able to drive it into the shop). 3. Ask for a detailed explanation of charges in case Fetzner cannot come to an agreement with you insurance company. 4. When Fetzner states they feel confident they can work with your insurance company, this may not be the case. 5. The end result of taking your wrecked car to Fetzner may be a delay of over a month on repairs, possibly paying out of pocket for any discrepancy between Fetzner and insurance/independent estimates if you want your car fixed there, and ultimately being responsible for undetermined fees even though Fetzner suggested to “let my insurance company suggest shops willing to do the repairs as written by the adjuster”.

I cannot give high enough praise to Brian Fetzner and his staff. We brought our Tesla there for collision repair in July, 2024. From the first telephone inquiry to the final insurance payout, their entire team provided prompt and courteous service. Only person I will bring my car too! Has helped me with my last 5 or 6 cars. Fast service, thorough, plenty of pictures. Other shops wanted to repair my muffler / center pipe by welding, which Fetzner recommended replacing due to how rotted away it was. We spoke about how it's better not to band-aid a fix and do it correct the first time. I went to try to get alignments, balances, etc at other places and they wanted the car for the entire day. Andy was able to work on my car and get it done much faster and higher quality. I would always take my car here, I am a happy customer! Butch was also awesome with his fast response times and helping track the shipment of the new cat back exhaust system.

Quoted an outrageous repair bill on a Tesla Model 3 in 2023 by these guys. We're talking a hair over $10k for damage to a front fender and *no additional damage*. $10k was to remove this fender, replace it with another one (the OEM part is a few hundred $) and paint-match to factory paint. I laughed out loud when I saw the quote. And, yes, the only damage was to the fender (not even the camera), as confirmed when I got it resolved elsewhere. Three stars instead of one because they were pleasant enough to deal with.

I give this place a 0. I went there for an estimate not only was the estimate out of whack. The guy that gave me the estimate acted like he was doing me a favor. Said he would get back to me with a written estimate day later that same day this was on the Friday after Thanksgiving and I’m still waiting. I will avoid this place like the plague.

We had an accident with our Rivian (not many can work on the Rivian) and Fetzner had been recommended to us. We had to go through insurance and Fetzner took the process over for us and became the middle man during the process. They even went up to bat for us in regards to having something repaired. We were always kept in the loop and we really couldn't have been happier with the quality of work, the entire staff, the timing - all of it. We highly recommend this place. I want to give a huge shout‑out to Joe and the entire team at Fetzner Collision Inc! Back in November, my Terrain was totaled when a garbage truck backed into it with us still inside!! Dealing with commercial insurance, negotiations, and all the stress that came with it was overwhelming to say the least but Fetzner Collision was the one part of the process that never added to the headache. “Above and beyond” doesn’t even begin to describe how incredible they were. I have a beautiful Nissan Maxima that just started to show a small rust spot on the back trunk lid. I wanted this area to be repaired before the winter hits. I made an appointment at Fetzner Collision, because of all the awesome reviews I read. Andy, one of the owners, took the time to discuss with me what they will do to remove the small rust area. The car only took 1.5 days to complete what I requested. When I picked up my car, Andy again, reviewed the rust spot they repaired, the type of paint he selected to precisely match the existing paint, and the type of materials they used. It looked amazing! Andy also showed me the inside of my car. I was in heaven to see that they went above and beyond to clean the entire inside, washed the floor mats, and, gave it a car wash! Their customer service is second to none! So very impressed with this collision company.

Fetzner Collision price gouges and claims it’s because “you get what you pay for”. Don’t fall for it! We took our Tesla in after a collision with a deer, and they quoted us over 40k (no airbags deployed and we were able to drive the car home). We took it to another shop down the road that is Tesla Certified (Fetzner is not) and got a quote for 1/3 the price with a lifetime guarantee on their work… Turnaround times are also ridiculous (quoted us 90 days for a front-end repair) and on top of that they charge a $100-$200/day for a “storage fee”… Unless you have money coming out of your ears or your insurance company is willing to bend over for them, I would avoid them at all costs. I will agree that they are pleasant enough to deal with, but that’s probably because they’re making BANK off their absurd labor rates and storage fees!

Fetzner Collision does absolutely incredible work! My daughter went off the road in her GMC Terrain and plowed through feet of thick heavy snow piled in the median, while traveling around 60 MPH. Very fortunately, she was absolutely fine ... the car ... not so much! I worked with Joe who was simply the best. Communication was great start to finish, his estimate was extremely accurate, and he was able to anticipate what he might find as the car thawed out. Under the hood was literally packed with snow. When the car was returned, it was back to factory specifications and was in showroom condition. It was literally brand new! When I walked in I was greeted with a smile and a hand shake,Butch was great with all my concerns and questions.
