We had no business with them, but one of the drivers was in a hurry to turn around and damaged our property. The owner said they come back and fix it. He obviously lied about that now that a year has passed.

They responded to my AAA call for a blown tire just after sunset. I had been trying to get it off myself and failing. The first driver couldn't get the tire off, so his supervisor drove over and helped him. Both drivers were professional and competent. These guys helped me out of a jam and I am very impressed with their company.

My truck brakes went out and I was in a very bad location and I had CJ come out from Excel and he was very professional very friendly did an amazing job and drove me to the shop that I deal with to have my vehicle fixed. At the time I didn't know they did repairs I may have taken it over there instead. Next time. :)

This tow company took my son's car and did not let a number to get the car back. I had to report it stolen , afterward, a tow company number was given to us. However, the bill went up to 400+ dollars, and this company has no empathy whatsoever!!. We ended up losing our property . It's so sad ,for my son is homeless..... 💔😭😡

I can't say enough good things about Excel. I had a bunch of repairs done to my car and they were amazing throughout the process. There were a couple unavoidable hiccups but they resolved them quickly and put in 100% right to the end. I dealt with Barb the entire time and she was amazing. She is very respectful, professional and knowledgeable. It's hard to find an honest garage these days but I would definitely take my car there again and recommend them to anyone I know.

While I was driving home tonight, I saw one of their trucks driving erratically and over driving his tires.It was stealing and everything else.I moved over in the left lane to stay as far away from the guy as possible.He got behind me and started tailgating me.And when I didn't speed up, he slowed down, went around the three lanes of traffic and then tried to hit me.And slammed on his brakes, after he missed sideswiping me, and then I came to an almost dead stop in five ninety northbound between broncroft and empire boulevard.I had to call the state police.And everything it was absolutely horrible

Driving down the road and timing belt went caput. Got onto a ramp and called my buddy to come get me. Got back to my place of employment and started calling tow company's I found on Google near me. After being told can't do it by a couple other places, do to it being to far where I wanted the car taken to (my home) 28 miles away. I reached excel service and towing. They were right on it within 25 minutes. Actually called back to let me know the driver would be there sooner. Headed back and he was already there 15 minutes later. Gave him my key and the car is in my driveway an less than a hour later. Good service all around from the dispatch to the drop off. If I need a tow again this is who I call. Thank you for your curtesy, timeliness, professionalism, and reasonable price.

My car was towed to their lot due to my transmission going. Me and my kids were living out of that car at the time, they did not give me any information as to where my car was even located so it took me about a month to get that information from the Rochester police department. The women I spoke with at excel was so nasty and rude to me all because I wasn’t trying to pay to get the car back . I wasn’t just trying to retrieve my kids birth certificates from the car and she told me I had to pay $453 just to retrieve my belongings out of the vehicle. The only thing she allowed me to retrieve was the plate off my car. This company will never receive business from anyone I know as long as I can help it. It was absolutely disgusting how she spoke to me and completely disregarded my need for my children’s legal documents. Not to mention we are not even from nys and I expressed this to her she did not care. I wasn’t asking for the vehicle itself but for my legal documents that I use to identify me and my children. Something I spent about a month trying to retrieve so that I can get shelter for us and this women told me I could not get my belongings without paying first . Very disappointed in my interaction with this company.

Can't use common sense. Used them through triple a for a tow and we waited outside for the tow truck driver to get out of the car and ask us questions/tow the car, but instead he called and then left when we didn't pick up (because we were outside staring at him to take the car)

Recently I had a flat tire while doing a photo project. It was approximately 5:00 0'clock. I called Trip AAA and they dispatched Excel. Barely half-hour later an Excel wrecker showed up. From the time I called them, to how quickly the operator changed my tire, put everything back in its place was phenomenal. The operators name was Mark. 5 stars all the way for Excel.

Mary is the worst person POSIBBLE!!!!!!! She was so unprofessional and rude. Not caring at all. Laughing on the phone while I was going through one of the hardest times I have ever experienced. She made and already horrible experience even worse which I didn't know was possible. You should really terminate her. You do not treat people the way she does. Next time I will record the call and post how horrible she treats and speaks to people. Do better!!!!! You should never treat people this way!

It's never fun when you have to take your car in to get serviced. But I don't worry when I take it to Barb at Excel. I know that only the repairs that are necessary will be done. She communicates with me to let me know what's going on. And I've been very satisfied with Excel. I highly recommend them.
