NY Auto Depot installed a tricky rear camera on my Toyota RAV4. Because the door swings out, it would have taken me hours to figure out that I could not install it correctly. Jerry took the time to make sure it was installed correctly. I must give NY Auto Depot and Jerry A++. (Saved me lots of skin off my knuckles too.)

This guy was communicating with my kids father about my car. We were suppose to go in yesterday and didn’t because I did not know he wanted the money before doing the work. So I had to wait until the next day Friday. I called him Friday and talked to him for the first time. And he was EXETREMELY RUDE. He interrupted me and said I’m not working on this car so come get your car today or you’re going to be charged 70 dollar a day storage fee. EXETREMELY weird and rude. And he wouldn’t have talked to my BD like that. I’m pretty sure. RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. Impatient and weird.
