Found myself with a flat on Friday right as I was heading out. Saturday morning at 7:30AM I called Tire Choice, spoke to Dale about what happened he told me to bring my Jeep in and he’d take a look at what could have caused the flat. I got my car towed to Tire Choice by 8:30AM and my tire valve was replaced by 12:30PM. Great customer service! I really appreciate being squeezed last minute into their schedule as well.

I am a college student, and my family is not local. I went to this Tire Choice with some serious issues with my car, and the two managers there, Dale and Dave, were both phenomenal with communicating with both me and my folks back home. Furthermore, their customer service was top tier, and this is certainly a very trustworthy and honest business that I will be going to next time my car needs any work done. They also got my car fixed extremely quickly considering the severity of the issue. Thank you again!

I had my starter fail on me in the middle of the week, and I immediately called Tire Choice to see if they could help me out. I had the car towed there Wednesday evening (same day) and drove home with a better-than-ever running car Friday night. I was so impressed with how efficient the service was. Dave reached out to me every step of the way to ensure I knew my vehicle was being taken care of. I have had excellent service here since my freshman year of college, and I highly recommend that anyone take their car to Tire Choice. You're in good hands with these guys!

Was upset because I had an unexpected add to my visit but they were able to provide a small discount which was appreciated.. customer service reps were not supposed to provide pricing but they did and it was misleading because my estimate was incorrect because of them when I got to the facility

I took my truck in for a state inspection and was told it failed because of a check engine code. I told them it was a spurious code from a recent BCM change and it was easy to reset. They told me they couldn't do it, so I said then just give me a 10 day temporary tag and I'll fix it myself. Dave flew into a rage, said I was driving him crazy with my "dancing around", and refused to give me the tag because I said I was in a hurry. But I specifically said I wanted that. That doesn't take long to write out. He said he wasn't taking the truck back in to finish the inspection, even though once they find a fault the inspection is over. He was very rude, unprofessional, and didn't really seem to understand the problem. If I could give negative stars I would rate this place a negative 10. This is a bad place to do business with. If you go there, good luck, you'll need it.

I brought my SUV into this shop because it was making a noise near the tire. Dave told me they didn’t see anything wrong with the wheel itself, but said I needed new tires. I agreed and got the new tires. When I left the shop, I didn’t hear the noise right away, and since I live only 5 minutes up the road, I parked the car for the night. The next morning, when I drove it again, the same noise was still there. I immediately reached back out to the shop. When I explained the situation over the phone, the person I spoke to even questioned why new tires were sold to me when my original complaint was about a noise. He told me to bring the car back in. After speaking with others, I was advised to ask for my old tires back and a refund since the tires clearly were not the issue and I felt misled into an unnecessary purchase. When I called back and spoke with Dave, the manager, he was extremely rude and verbally aggressive toward me instead of offering a solution. At this point, I feel taken advantage of. My original problem was never fixed, I was sold tires I did not need, and the way I was treated as a paying customer was unacceptable. Consumers should be very cautious when dealing with this shop. I can clearly see by the other reviews your manager DAVE IS A PROBLEM.

I wish they had been more transparent about the work being done and what I was paying for - especially since my total surpassed $3K. I utilized AI - as well as a friend who’s well-informed about cars - to verify whether or not the cost was legitimate, and it was, as I had a LOT of work done. However, it felt like staff was trying too hard to justify the cost, instead of educating me on what work they did and why it totaled that price. Since auto shops have the reputation for BSing and overcharging, I think a GOOD auto shop makes the customer feel seen and informed in their experience, whereas I felt more like a number. Overall, a B- though, as they were generally polite, timely, and organized.

My transmission was leaking. Dave got me in right away, his team diagnosed the problem, and they had a couple of proposed solutions. Dave guided me through the pros and cons of each option, gave me the estimated cost for each, then allowed me to decide, without any pressure. The repair was completed quickly and at a great price. This is why I go here now for my automotive work. Honest, fair, and quick. Thank you again Dave and company!

Dave and Lou are great guys! I called and talked to Dave, telling him I was on the side of the road around 6pm, waited quite a while for a tow truck, as one does when using AAA. And got there 15 minutes before they were supposed to close! Most places that I called told me they couldn't help me today so I'd had an appointment for new tires tomorrow at noon. My tire, however, had other plans. I asked if it would be possible to put my old tire rim on a tire I had on top of my car. It was the wrong size but planned on getting new tires tomorrow, but after talking with Dave he told me he had tires that fit my car. He didn't have to order them and I didn't have to wait. So that's what we did. They completely saved my day! Google only allows a 5 star review but after tonight they deserve a galaxy! Thank you both again for your outstanding service!!

Never been in store before, was working near by, had a screw in my tire was looking for plug. Screw was in middle of tire tread. Good spot for plug. Sat in waiting room for almost an hour, for the gentleman to finally tell me that his nys inspection guy didn't wanna put his license on the line to plug my tire. Because tread was low? Then proceeded to try to sell me the cheapest tire I asked for. Cheapest tire was 185 + 45 to mount. So I left and the guy at counter was visibility irritated I wasn't buying tires. Went to midas on Jefferson rd. They plugged it on the spot, and baught tires there later that day for under 100$ per tire mounted. Came in for help, and that guy let me pull out with a screw still in my tire. If he didn't wait an hour to tell me they couldn't plug it, I probably would have baught the 2 tires, but he showed little interest in helping me out. Guy at the counter isn't the best, like he thinks he is. Would not recommend. Call Midas. Guy actually cared to help me out.
