I had an appointment with them yesterday from 2:30-6pm and they never even showed. I called several times and messaged them several times and no answer. I needed them to come so I could get back to work but never heard from them. Very petty. Will never recommend this place.

My appointment was at 9am he didn’t show until 10:30 then was outside eating a breakfast sandwich and absolutely didn’t know what he was working on then charged me 50 dollars

Most unprofessional people I've ever met in my life . Here is a video clip of the 2 roaches that run the place when they robbed me and then proceeded to ram a customer's car and mine without any regard to human life . Thieves!

I drove to work last week and came back out to a car that wouldn't start :( He came to my works lot and worked on it for about three hours. He was so thorough, checked everything from the fuel pump to the electrical, finally got it up and running and it's been golden since! Worth every penny.

After trying to find any mobile mechanic that will answer their phone, I thought an online appointment would be a way to get my car seen after weeks of trying and failing to get anyone to call me back. I thought it was odd that the online appointment service didn’t ask at all about my make, model, address, or any other details but I figured that they would call me to get that. Appointment time came and went, no calls, no emails, nothing. I also wish there was a phone number to call, but that’s too much to ask.

Mike is a great Mechanic My truck broke down and I needed to get back to Wisconsin. He knew right away what was wrong. He is fair and honest. He doesn’t over charge like most Mechanics. He also doesn’t have the overhead and Mechanics to pay so he isn’t expensive . He’s awesome !!

***Mike is my HERO!!!*** I went to 3 different places in Greece and Gates and had 3 "professional" mechanics look at my car (professional my a$$) they could not figure out what the problem was!!! I swear i was ready to give up and call a junk yard to come get my car. Then I met ~~the prince of cars~~ lol Well he turned out to be my prince the other day. NOT only did he fix what 3 other guys couldn't figure out. He took the time to explain exactly what the problem was so i could understand myself what the hell was going on. Do yourself a favor and don't waste time looking for anyone else. Just read all the reviews of all his satisfied customers. They speak for themselves!! Mike you rock!!

Mike was amazing! Called him at 8:00pm on a Saturday because our exhaust pipe had broke. He met us in the parking lot and did everything he could to fix it. He got us back on the road within an hour. Highly recommend!

Had an appt at 4pm didnt show up till 5pm. Was suppose to change power steering. Dude was here till 10pm still didnt fix it.broke another part in truck. Said he be back 8am following morning. Didnt show up till 930am. No calls. Said he couldn't find part, that he was going to wilberts an he be back. At 530pm he came back with said part an again was there till 10pm at night. He was suppose to bleed brakes and reset my brake light which he didnt. We called them back and again didnt show up till 7pm and still light is on. They refuses to pick up phone when called and when they do pick up very unprofessional. Cant get my vechicle inspected bc they didnt finish the job.

My husband and I were desperately looking for a mechanic, came across this one. Set up so many "appts" just so he wouldn't show up. Lady on the phone making excuses and "rescheduling" this went on for a good 4-5 days straight. My husband called out of work 2 days mechanic never showed up. Last time he said he would show up, he said he was leaving his doctors office called him back 2 hours later to get his ETA he replied with "I'm at Wegmans getting food" never ever showed up. No calls/texts we had to call/text to get updates. Don't waste your time here look somewhere else and save your time.

i wish would of did home work little more but all in all mike and crew are soled guys that do good job at reasonable price. they at least save me on not having no warranty which would have coast me around triple at other places wanted charge. that being said customers need to be reasonable under stand they work out in snow rain and all other crazy weather on top being a small operation. all in all thumbs up only critique be little more up front with pricing, it well stop confusion. all in all great job you have return customer.

It is unfortunate when a buisness treats you with absolutely no respect and a complete disregard for you and your time. I reached out to Mobile Mike’s for auto repair. I left detailed message with what I needed to be done time frame. I received a message several hrs later that stated they would arrive the next morning at 1030 am. Well the next day 10:30 came and went. No call no message no concern for the client. Eventually I received message stating the couldn’t make the 10:30am appt. But come later that night at 7:30. I said great and I look forward to seeing you then. Well, again 730 can and went. No call, no message, no communication. Again, left for hours with no response. Finally, later that night received message stating they weren’t going to make ot but they could come the next day and asked what time works best, We decided 11am. Now you’re probably thinking there is no way they couldn’t possibly not show up for a third time.. I messaged the next day at 10am to confirm he was coming. 11am came and went no email or message. At 1140 I get a message stating he was on his way. He was just running late. He ll be there. I wait another hour for him to show. At 12:30 still no show or message. At this point!! I have to work at 2. I send mobile Mike’s message canceling service and that I don’t have time. This person who was supposedly on there way never showed either. I know there was no person on Thor way. This company couldn’t care less about its customers, their time, or offering a professional top notched service. Don’t make the same mistake I did. You definitely can find a more reliable company.

To anyone having car problems, Great mechanic! Worth every penny having my vehicles serviced by someone that actually knows what they are doing. There's also been times I've had him come to my house and look at my truck when I thought for sure it was something bad and going to be expensive. Mike could have easily taken advantage of me. Turned out to be a fuse that only took him 15min to figure out. Being the fair and honest guy that he is charged me nothing but the minimum service call. Made my day!!! He has the right tools and expensive equipmemt to diagnose and troubleshoot any problem I've ever had. My ONLY complaint would be that he doesn't realize how valuable he is and should be charging a hell of a lot more for the services he provides. Thank you Mike for all your help over the years!!! I went to Mike's because he came highly recommended from a very close friend, that knows his stuff when it comes to automotive repairs. Good help is hard to find and this shop provides it, with great customer service. He picked me up from my house (less than 5 miles away) and took me back to the shop to get my truck!!!! I am very pleased to have found such a friendly and honest shop. He got my vehicle in to get looked at the same day I dropped it off, which by the way was the the same day (@ his shop less than half a day) he had it ready to come back to me. He didn't try to sell me anything extra and he was willing to talk future performance upgrades that I asked about, and even future services that will extend the life of my motor and transmission. Mike went out of his way to help me get back up and running quickly. Thank you for the wonderful service, I will be back for sure! Would recommend to my friends and family 10 out of 10.
