These guys treat you right. Honest and transparent with customers, thorough with your vehicle, and easy on the bank account. Can't ask for better. UPDATE: It's been 3 years since this review and nothing's changed. I couldn't be more grateful to these guys, helping us out in a jam. They don't make auto mechanics like this anymore. Courtesy Auto is best-in-class.

I have gone a couple of times over the years, for small things like a new battery or inspection. The customer service has been subpar. Most recently, I was quoted a large amount of money for extensive work, including a new catalytic converter, even though it was made clear my current one was fine, they just needed a new one because there was nothing to attach the current one to anymore. (??) I went elsewhere and got the work done for half the price, without the catalytic converter being an issue. Last straw for me with them. (Additionally, every time I've gone to pick up my car from them, it has been left unlocked.)

My wife loves going there so she doesn't have to pump the gas herself. I like them because they are trustworthy and you don't get the feeling you are getting ripped off like at some other shops. I took my truck there twice to get the instrument panel lights replaced when I couldn't get it done anywhere else. I will be going there again to get my poor old truck back on the road again! It's in rough shape now so I am looking forward to seeing what they can do for me this time!

This place is awesome. Dan has been there as long as I can remember and his son is now wrenching there... you cant beat the service and quality. They have always taken care of my family and I and have gone above and beyond numerous times. My go to shop for all repairs! Jimmy is the nicest gas attendant, and Netsins is right next door... you cant beat it!

They offer normal gas prices, but with FULL service. I've always had an excellent experience with Courtesy Auto. I've never been given BS or absurd repair quotes either. High quality, very trusted. They're my go-to guys for gas & repairs!

I am a strong supported of suppprt-local. I fill my car here each week despite their gas being a bit more expensive, however after this morning I think they have lost perspective on what customer service means. I spend 50$ for gas here once a week and this morning I asked I'd they would put some air in my tires. The repair bay had techs in it. They refused, told me that they can't assist and told me I could buy air on the side of their building for 8 quarters. That's not how you retain customers. 8 quarters just lost you $200 a week, $2700 a year.

These guys fully disclosed everything they were doing to my vehicle. (They were the 3rd shop I was going to for this issue) they communicated with me beautifully and when I ran into an issue after the fix they brought me back in immediately to diagnose and fix the problem. Kind and courteous people both in person and on the phone.

Not real happy. Thought I would get good service here from what I've heard from others but I've been disappointed twice. Had a front end alignment done and shortly after I found that both front wheel hubs were shot. This should have been found prior to doing the alignment because it's useless to do the alignment with bad front end parts. And now more recently the whole front end was rebuilt with all new parts and after getting the vehicle back from a front end alignment because the tires were wearing so poorly, The truck pulls to the right going down the road at about 55 mph on a variety of different streets so I know it's not the crown of the road. I called them to tell them I had an issue right after having the work done and Dan was not available because of the holidays. The other gentleman I spoke to tried to blame it on my new tires. Saying that tires can cause a problem. So you're telling me that if I rotate my tires I have to have a front end alignment? That's not true. And also tires would not make the steering wheel need to be held slightly to the left because it wasn't indexed properly. Trying to make excuses for poor workmanship. Price went from about $75 2 years ago to $115 this year. So now before my brand new tires get damaged I have to go pay somebody else to get it corrected so they don't wear unevenly and I don't have to fight the steering wheel because they didn't index it properly.

Requested an oil change and tire plug and inquired about having my tire pressures reset on my Silverado,I was aware of the the higher oil price because of my truck they did not tell me the price of resetting the tire pressure was $50 and plugging my tire(patch) was $35 for a grand total of $180 if I knew it was $50 to reset my tire pressure I would have dealt with the issue until I got to the dealer(which really wasn’t a serious issue) I would have had my son patch my tire(which slow leaked over the course of 8 months for a minimum of 2 times filling with air) for the cost of the kit which I believe is less than $10. In the future they have to inform the customer of these charges before service is performed nobody plans to pay $180 for a routine service especially when this is the firs, and last time I will go there and I will not recommend them to family and friends

Do not take your vehicle here. I recently had them replace a faulty gas tank on my Ram1500, 2 weeks after the gas tank was replaced and only a couple 100 miles later I noticed the tank was sagging. I looked closer into it and found one of the 2 straps that hold the tank up was ripped out of the frame that it connects to. I took the truck back there and they dismissed the problem saying it had nothing to do with them. Clearly they had to remove the strap and reinstall it to remove the gas tank. They didn't seem to care. There was no way this strap was magically ripped out by someone or something else. Horrible service , if I didn't notice it soon enough I'd have no gas tank left. Their work is Just horrible.

I went to Courtesy Auto today for a routine oil change and fluid check. They were very accommodating fitting me in first thing in the morning so I could get to work on time. Dan and the guys were very welcoming and polite. Always upbeat and easy to deal with. They were able to quickly take care of me and get me off to work. I'll definitely continue to visit Courtesy Auto and I certainly will recommend them to my friends!

Had 2 vehicles that needed service work done in a pinch. Gave a call & Christian was able to accommodate both vehicles in a timely fashion. The work was done quickly& professionally at a fair rate. 100% recommend checking them out as I will be back. Their honesty and due diligence to vehicle safety was amazing!

My hand me down car had a few minor issues but another shop didn't find them all and told me other items needed repairs(NOT NEEDED).Im recovering from an accident so I m knowledgeable but unable to perform repairs. Courtesy showed me the problems with the car while it was on the lift. They received the parts yesterday and told me they will call when repairs are completed .I have full confidence in them after pricing and their communications with me. More to come after work is complete . THAT WAS BEFORE REPAIRS. AFTER REPAIRS were done I picked up the car and my bill was 75 bucks less than the quote. I recommend them if you need honest reliable mechanics. With costs of cars going crazy keeping your old one going makes more and more sense.

Had a great experience taking my car here. My car needed an o2 sensor which was completed timely and at a good price. Christian went into detail with what was wrong and was great at communicating. I will definitely be back in the future

Dan, Christian, and the crew are, as the name promises, courteous and kind. They do honest, quality work. I've been in the world of aftermarket parts for more than a decade and unlike many local repair shops, their reputation for diligent, thorough, accurate work continues to shine.

Honestly, this gas station and East Ave. Auto are the best 2 gas stations I’ve ever gone to hands down! All employees are so down to earth and engage in great conversations and jokes. Small town service and engagement feel in a city. Breath of fresh air. Highly recommended!

Charge over $500 for an o2 sensor replacement. The new sensor didn’t last two weeks.

Courtesy Auto has been our family's go-to garage for as long as I can remember. My dad still brings his cars here, and now I bring mine too. The service is always top-notch, and the people are super friendly and helpful. Honestly, I can’t recommend this place enough!

I have been an enthusiastic customer for five years. Courtesy is well named, and if it had a second name, it would be Competence. All diagnostics and repairs have been wholly satisfactory and honest and well explained. Nice staff, and they maintain their lot nicely too so it’s pleasant for neighbors to walk by, especially in spring when the daffodils in the corner plot come up.
