I don’t know his last name but my Philippine friend Randy was the best car dealer you could ever wish for. Nobody likes sitting for hours and hours doing talk when all you have in your heart and mind is that one car you are there for in the first place. That’s when Randy comes in, he’s got it done for me within an hour!!! I have now my Honda Hr-V Sport 2025!! As of 6 / 18 Recap on my review a week later after purchasing my nearly new Honda hR-V. I do love the car itself. But I am very annoyed the finance team at Larry h Miller Honda. The 3-year-old 11,000 mile car was $22,000 roughly. Verbally I asked the team several times about my close final price of the car we estimated that with sales tax being about 3 Grand and a warranty being about $3,500 I should be at roughly 29,000 all together. I got more honest answers out of STCU 3 minute phone call then I did with the finance team at Larry h Miller Honda. They explained to me that the warranty dealer doc fees and something else I didn't even know was $1,000 with everything was over $5,000 added to the car. During signing I have never seen a 31,000+ price on the car. Everything was explained to me verbally and I signed my name several times. I am aware that I agreed to this but I feel like I was verbally misled over 3000 extra dollars. I also understand that used newer cars aren't perfect but this thing has some extensive curb rash on three of the expensive alloy aluminum wheels. During the closing of the vehicle I did examine the curb rash and rubbed it with my finger. Randy said to me be careful don't cut yourself we will do our best to clean that up. And now that I find out that I paid over $31,000 for a $22,000 car I am little annoyed at the cosmetic issues . And my license plate was screwed onto the back hatch of the car with four screws at a nearly 8th in crooked angle. To find out that I paid them $7,000 down plus my old car 2500 trade in. And find out that I owe $20,000 on a car that I was originally told was 22 was quite a big shock in a bad way 😡

Got the best deal of all estimates. The staff was clearly professional in many ways in their dealings with my wife and I. However, they were clearly deceptive in their written offer to me thru email.
It just so happens that you don't pay sales tax on the portion of money for new car on the portion attributed to trade in, which they verbally told me.
When the official bid came in email it listed the trade in value inflated by the amount of the sales tax (of course, but not identifying the fact on the bid or to me at the time...$1500 is a lot to me on social security). The inflated value was a significant point to drive 2 hrs north to consumate new car deal. I wouldn't have done so with a lower offer for my car. I would have not traded vehicle. Instead I would have sold car myself locally.

⚠️‼️Everyone should be aware of this Findlay Toyota and Honda. They always replaced the super bad battery and tiers to used vehicles . You will pay for key fob, batteries , tiers in few months after you purchased. They know what I'm talking about , I hope people who wanna visit them will not be cheated ‼️
I bought two 1and half years used cars from them , all same ! I have to pay for tires and batteries even key fob !
This is so suck they treat customers like this.
The battery is dead in 1st month I bought the car . Totally dead , trash . The cars are 2023 year model both I bought.

I had to wright a review about the amazing service this staff had set up for us. For being pretty young, they helped us go off the lot with a brand new 2024 Honda civic, with little interest rates, and a reasonably priced monthly payment with warranty’s included.
The staff worked diligently to get us out of a situation with our jeep which since we’re young, the whole in the wall dealership took advantage of.
Randy Rojas is definitely your guy you want to go too! Not only did he work with us for 3whole days to get us into our new vehicle but to walk us through the process and to get us into a safe reliable vehicle for our family.
Randy not only helped us, but the entire dealership worked hard to help us out.
The staff took time to even interact with our daughter which made us feel welcome and not like her presence was a nuisance.
Definitely recommend this dealership to any and all people, young and old. They are like a family and will always have your best interest at heart!💯

Had a great buying experience at Findlay! The sales manager Helen and salesman Juan were very helpful in finding the vehicle I was looking for. What really impressed me most was how they took the time to work with me on my situation. Going through some unexpected medical issues and trading in my leased vehicle early to help my financial situation I didn't think it would be possible at this time, but they made it work! And a final thanks to Ly Le with financing who went above and beyond, not only finding a lender that would take on some negative equity, but also a lower monthly payment than what we even initially agreed upon! After a few unpleasant experiences at other local dealerships, I was hesitant to go through another dealership for my daughter's first car. This purchasing experience was surprisingly wonderful in every aspect. Our salesman was not too pushy, but helpful and attentive and the finance manager was also genuinely SO kind. The car we purchased is in amazing condition, but an older vehicle. They provided extensive records on the car and it was sparkling clean in and out. Howard was very personable and fun to work with. Got a great price on brand new 2025 Ridgeline RTL. He gets 5 stars for trying really hard to get me what I wanted.
My complaint is with Findlay Honda's website trade in value estimator tool. I was quoted $29K - $32K. When I brought my trade in vehicle to Findlay, they said they couldn't offer that much (even though my truck was in immaculate condition) because it was 2WD (which I disclosed during online trade in process along with the VIN). I showed them written offer of $30K from another local dealership but Findlay still only gave me $28K for my trade in (up from their initial offer of $26K). Findlay should update the algorithm they use for calculating trade in values if they don't want 2WD vehicles because they said they can't sell them in their market area.
