Store either short-changes or over-charges on multiple occasions, then dissembles when called on it. Overpriced compared to similar stores, but the clincher is petty theft from customers who are usually poor. I’ll never go back and I advise all to avoid.

The woman who manages this gas station is foul mean and has no idea what customer service means I don't know what's wrong with her or what kind of life she has but it's pretty sad I'm sure I was treated horribly the last time I frequented this place I stopped around lunch time to grab a snack and use the restroom after which I sat in my car handling some business on my phone and eating the snack I purchased she came up to my window and very rudely told me to leave that I've been there too long which is fine I don't mind at all getting out of the way for other customers but the way in which she went about it was absolutely out of line I will never frequent this business again others should take head.

I go to this gas station all the time I know two of the workers stew and Shawna both amazing employees the only two I shop with both serious about what they do and are good at running both registers if the line gets to long thanks for always making me feel welcomed

Absolutely terrible place. Worker was incredibly rude, yelled and swore at me when I started pumping gas. I left immediately. Will never go back

Will NEVER shop at this location again unless they get rid of the most vulgar, rude cashier I have ever encountered. Chubby blonde, works nights...you'll know her by her sunny disposition.

I am really amazed to see so many negative reviews on here with this Chevron. Whenever I'm in Spokane I will drive out of my way to fill up here because of the friendly cashier. It isn't always the same guy, but all of them thus far have been very friendly and honest, meaning they give me my due change back in full - no trying to cheat me.

I was falsely accused of trying to steal a bottle of water today. The owner wouldn't believe me and I liftedy shirt spun around and he still wouldn't believe me. It was 90 degrees outside and he claimed he didn't care yet continued to accuse me. There were several people in there and it was humiliating.

Since the remodel and new owners this place is the cleanest gas station in town. The couple who owns this place are all smiles all the time, super nice, friendly, and you know what? It's sincere. This is so rare I sometimes go out of my way to get my energy drinks from here. Also they have a clean restroom. That is VERY rare in a gas station. I wish these owners much success!

This store does not even deserve one star the employees are disrespectful I believe it's the manager rude and disrespectful I was doing a nice thing and letting her know that I had bought a molded sandwich the night before and that she might want to check the rest of her sandwiches and she flipped out on me she's lucky I held my composure I will never ever return to this store again I am from out of town and that was uncalled for and ridiculous. Morning shift woman stalking refrigerated Foods believe she's a manager brown hair and a ponytail very very rude yelling at me as I was doing a nice thing never will return ever again to this store

If I could give this place negative stars I would. Came here to turn in a winning scratcher of $100 dollars. The cashier clerk lady said it was rejected and when I asked for it back she said she had already ripped it up to pieces and that she’s not giving it back. I did not see or witness her ripping my ticket apart and was very extremely disappointed in the service she provided. She was a white older women maybe around her mid 40’s with dark eyebrows and I believe an eyebrow piercing. Never coming here again, NOT WORTH LOSING MONEY HERE!

I am sure this could be a good gas station but had to fuel at up 3AM for a flight and the gas station was covered with homeless people and drug addicts. Nothing against them but just didn’t feel like the safest environment. Filled up fast and left.
