My boyfriend brought his car in to get repaired after an accident. They gave us an estimate of about 3 weeks, so we called and they told us 1 more day. We continued calling and they continued to push it back. Once we finally got the car it was fine for about a month, until it started not driving well. We took it back and dealt with the most horrible customer service and basically told us nothing. We took it to another shop, and they had told us they put in a part that was not a volkswagen part and was not meant for this car. His entire transmission melted because of this fan they put in had failed. He now needs a whole new transmission. Do not recommend this place at all, and would highly advise against going here to fix your car.

Had my Nissan Sentra rear ended. Woman had State Farm Insurance and when I called State Farm said this was one of their companies they go through for repair. What a pleasant surprise speaking with Becky and Chris. Both were very nice and knowledgeable of going through the Insurance company. I got a rental car the day I dropped off my vehicle, no problem. Finish Line did all the work for me and I had bo worries. Work done is 100% satisfaction satisfied. I highly recommend them.

My car was keyed and Finish Line is where my insurance sent me. This was my first time having to file an insurance claim and I’m so glad this is the shop I ended up at. I spoke the most with Preston and he was super helpful and kind. Overall my car was here for a week and it looks absolutely beautiful! They cleaned the inside and outside of my car and it all looks great. Cannot recommend this shop enough, easy, efficient, and an excellent job all around!

They did an amazing job on my daughter's car. They even helped her with her deductible being it was very high.Their body work was great and they dealt directly with the insurance so I had no worries. However, I was sitting waiting for the vehicle final touch ups and there was a young man who was in front of me cursing, and he smelled of alcohol bad. The young lady tried to tell him I was sitting there but he did not seem to care. I really wish this was a five star review but unfortunately it was a very unprofessional customer service experience. I do still highly recommend this body shop.

I had never heard of Finish Line until needing their service after I was involved in a hit and run. Everyone at the shop was absolutely wonderful and easy to work with. From going over for an initial estimate to leaving my car for its repairs. Their “text update” system is wonderful, keeping me updated with the progress, estimated timeframe and completion. Becky was a great resource and help, especially explaining their warranty and assisting with turning in my rental. I would highly recommend them for any body work!!! Job well done!

Drop off car after 4pm, they close at 5pm. Car was done 2 days later, I was expecting at least 3 or 4 days. Easy process. All I had to do was drop of car and keys, sign agreement form to authorize them to work on vehicle. Did an amazing job on paint. Very Satisfied. They dealt with insurance on their end.

Excellent service. These guys repaired my 2020 jeep in less time than estimated after an accident. They kept me informed the entire way through the process either by call or text. Super friendly they even go above and beyond and detailed and cleaned the entire car inside and out. My wife’s car was sent to Finish Line after Motorworld wasn’t able to work on it. The insurance agent suggested them and they had great reviews. after Finish Line got her car, I received a call and authorized them to repair. We received text messages as to the progress of the vehicle. They actually finished car a week earlier than they first estimated. Staff is really friendly and easy to talk to. I would bring any vehicle here if I need paint work again. They immediately got her car in, got to work on it and gave it back in under 2.5 weeks. That’s incredible considering Motorworld said 2 months at best. This place is really busy but managed to help us out when we needed it, thanks.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the quality of the collision repair performed. Upon picking up my vehicle, I immediately noticed several issues: the seats were improperly installed, there was condensation in one of the taillights, the paint did not match the original color and finish, and the bumper sensors were not seated correctly. After 55 days in the shop and over $21,000 in repair costs, I expected a significantly higher standard of workmanship. While the seats were eventually corrected and an offer was made to replace the taillight, I was told the sensors were functioning properly and that the paint mismatch was due to material differences—an explanation I find unacceptable given the extent and cost of the repairs. My vehicle is now at a different collision center for further evaluation and corrective work. They have already identified additional components that were either not repaired or replaced correctly. They also confirmed that the paint not only failed to match but showed visible imperfections, even in areas where the color appeared consistent. This experience has been deeply disappointing and has raised serious concerns about the overall quality and safety of the repairs performed. I no longer have confidence in the work that was done and am left questioning the integrity and reliability of my vehicle.
