Kelly Mazda was very attentive to my needs and was great communicating with me. I particularly appreciate the video of my inspection after completed and the fact that they didn’t try to upsell me on anything not necessary. My only concern is that my low tire pressure light came on only 5 days after I had it in for service and they had checked my tires. Hopefully it’s something that happened recently and not something they missed while it was there.

I had just had a bad experience with another Dealer from another company. I knew I should of come to Kelly Mazda first because it was suggested to check them out. I checked out in line and visa text I started corresponding. There was no cliche salesman just a very polite person who let me vent and they listened. I test drove the CX-50 the one thought I wanted... but wow the cx-5. No matter what key I asked the salesman let me sit in... he let me choose and not project what he thought I wanted. I thank Sean Dolphin my sales rep. He didn't keep me there all day too wear me out. He was kind and this is how the process should be... enjoyable I mean your getting a car. I love my Rhodium White CX-5 Premium Plus. He even let me go home and deliberate between the 5 and 50. He wasn't pushy. He was like a neighbor nice and very attentive. Please go check out Mazda. They seriously are the best kept secret. Oh and definitely ask for Sean Dolphin! BOOHRAH AWESOME.

I never actually met anyone at this dealership, but it was still a wonderful experience. Having just moved up this way I reached out to Kelly to get an oil change the scheduler was great and they had awesome availability. I was able to drop it off the night before and unfortunately due to my work schedule had to pick it up after they closed but they made it easy. Only second Mazda dealership I’ve had the pleasure of going to but Kelly made it fantastic.

Can only speak about service, didn’t buy car from Kelly. Had wife’s car serviced here a couple time and last was for warranty. Service advisor is very cool and relaxed. Techs get car serviced and back to us very quick. Not your average dealership, not pushy, not trying to sell you everything every time you come in. Facility could use some updating.

Had a problem with my car. I'm at work, AAA takes it to Kelly Mazda. Never bought the car there, but I do have a Mazda and in a bind. Figured it'll get fixed there and I have it by next week most likely. Thought be at the end of list since i never purchased there. No problem. Spoke with Alex K. on the phone. Told him whats happening with everything. Alex not only got my car fixed within an hour and a half, but also took care of any recalls. I was floored.
