Well I dealt with Matthew service sales guy, and it was a wonderful experience. Definitely went out of his way to make things happen for me. I personally was not feeling well that yesterday when this transaction happened I’m going through some health issues and yet he was courteous and being thoughtful and his personal concern, you know about my health while trying to take care of the transaction. Definitely a five star guy. definitely now that’s it. That’s someone I would personally say is a keeper. his Customer service rating should be like a 10 personally it’s it’s really nice that you know even when you’re not feeling 100% and you’re really trying to do something that they’re not blowing you off in a sense he took a great pride in his job, and in the ability that he was able to get things taken care of and making things happen I did appreciate that very much

Unfortunately I don’t think I’ll ever go back to Tom Hesser BMW again. I have had many issues with them in the past with not returning phone calls to buy a car, and to get in for service. Someone said when you buy a luxury vehicle anymore they’re all good it comes down to their service. Well I love my 2 BMWs but Tom Hesser BMW does not know good service. I called to get my car in for an oil change and left with a $6200 bill. I was told I needed brake pads and to hurry and bring it in because if I went through them and needed new rotors that would be very expensive. So I brought it immediately. Only to be told BMW recommends changing rotors when you change brake pads. Fine. Then I was told BMW. recommends a transmission tune up at 72,000 miles. Ok. All of that was $6200. Ok. I knew when I got a BMW it would be expensive to maintain and honestly I have never done anything but put gas in and the regular maintenance so the price was not the problem. My problem was the service person told my husband he told me everything was optional that I didn’t need to do any of the services that got tacked on. I’m sorry I don’t agree that that is how it was said to me. So I feel like they definitely took advantage of me as a woman that they felt didn’t know a lot about cars. I knew enough to say no to the 4 new tires they tried to make me buy and I know enough to say I’m done with Tom Hesser BMW. I would not recommend anyone go here especially if you are someone that takes people at their word on what your car NEEDS. I’ve been telling my clients about my experience and it’s pretty amazing the amount of people who also have horror stories of this place.
