Took my car for a o2 sensor among other things and a specific checkup for lights turning on, left the garage with my steering wheel tilted which he denied ever touching, gave me the runaround about the computer and didnt bother checking the battery or alternator as the car broke down later for his ignorance.

Very disappointed could not replace a water pump and connect the hose to radiator causing damage as I drove to my truck and environment maybe they should stick to tire change for kelleher tire down the street

They are pretty cheap as far as prices but I stopped going there after about two years . The owner and wife are very “snarky” and I’m a customer and I do not feel like I should be talked down to. My friends and family do not go here anymore either. The last draw was when the owner John told me to order my own parts and I went to AutoZone and they gave me the parts by vin number but they were not the right ones. Well you would think he would want to make sore they were ordered correctly this time but no he straight out refused to and said to look for the parts I needed in my spare time . So unprofessional and blamed me in a round about way because he said that they wasted time in taking the car apart to put these wrong parts on. After 2 1/2 years of going here and being verbally abused I finally said I’m not going back. And I called my friends and family and they aren’t going back either . I’m not going to be “talked down “ to , I’m the nicest guy and they just took advantage . Both of them . They overbook too many cars in one day and When something goes wrong it’s your fault. I will say they do good work and their prices are decent. You should not have to be afraid to call your mechanic though and for me to save money is not worth it. All of my family pats them cash too no matter what price the bill comes out to . Their loss !!!!

I’ve had some really terrible experiences with mechanics in the area fabricating or straight up lying to me about things that were wrong with my car just to get an extra buck. Fargione’s is not like that. They’re quick, knowledgeable, and don’t overcharge for their services. I have a lot less anxiety around my car needing work because of them. John is trustworthy and honest, a rarity account mechanics. Calling him cheap would do a disservice to the high quality of his work, but his prices are better than fair. Highly recommend.

So far no complaints. John is FULL of advice and extremely transparent about pricing and issues. If you have an older vehicle that you need to keep "limping" along these folks will set you up to squeeze every last mile out of it. Only minor nitpick thus far would be when scheduling appointments they're a little impatient.
