This is the second vehicle which I have purchased from the dealership. I have always found the staff to be knowledgeable, courteous, helpful and professional. David Wert, my sales representative, was extremely sensitive to my needs, as was Mr. R.J. Burne. Together they made the deal happen. Steve in finance was also very helpful and knowledgeable, and able to answer any questions we had. From the moment you enter the dealership, be it for sales or service, you feel that you are special, and there is never a sense of "sales pressure" for you to make a purchase. I would not hesitate to patronize the dealership again on my next purchase, or to recommend them.

Best car buying experience I've ever had. The Sales Representative asked me what I was looking for and led me right to the perfect vehicle for me. He didn't try to up-sell me and there was absolutely no pressure. When I was signing my purchase papers Mr. Burne came into the office to thank me personally for my business. I love my "new" to me Cadillac and I will definitely be back for future purchases and to service my car. I feel that I can trust them. I whole heartedly recommend RJ Burne Cadillac.

Data sheets do not show details of inspection findings. Other places have provided a detailed sheet of what they checked as well as parameters of “good” “recommended replacement” “needs replacement.” This often allowed customers to plan out how to maintain the car. That lack of transparency is… not okay. This has lead to many strange repair suggestions over the time I went to this franchisee. Suggestions that just don’t make sense… such as replacing a part that was only months ago replaced. Suggestions that second opinions blatantly disagree with. They also suggested I replace my AC unit when I asked for a bumper… even though the AC unit worked fine despite a dent. They refused to give me the cost of just the bumper because it was an “all inclusive quote.” IF I agreed to this job they could’ve charged me ANYTHING within that quote… and then claimed it was only the cost of the bumper. It was very shady. Lastly, for a long time before I decided to stop going here for repairs, I’ve asked them to identity a sound the front right wheel house makes. They offered suggestions but… none worked. Nor could they explain the sound. I gave up and went to a new shop. There they were able to find the problem… It was a part that was deliberately bent in such a way to create noise. So take what you want from that information.

Had my Cadillac serviced at Burne for the very first time. I got my Cadillac second hand, I did not buy it here. EVERYONE Darren, Pete, Mark, to the tech that worked on my car, Allen, were wonderful and couldn’t do enough for me. They treated me like I just bought a brand new car from them!! It was a very enjoyable and pleasant experience, something you don’t see a lot of today. They do it right here, old time customer service the way it should be. Please don’t change Burne, you have a customer in me for life!

Assume everything you are told is inaccurate or false. I tried hard to buy an Escalade and I had everything on my end of the deal aligned before I stepped foot in the dealership. Unfortunately, I was repeatedly misled by the sales team. When I realized this was the case, I asked the salesman about why he repeatedly misled me, instead acknowledging any wrongdoing or having an ounce of accountability, he simply refunded my deposit. We were less than 30 minutes out from completing the purchase.

Nice place! Took my 2023 Cadillac Xt5 there for an oil change and a diagnosis of the SD card reader. The service consultant Joey, the lady who helped me, did an amazing job! She even printed out all the options my XT5 has for me as I am a newer owner and gave them to me. She also had them wash it for me! (I also own two Audis and they don’t even do that there!) Great experience, she did a wonderful job! Highly recommend and looking forward to get all of my services for my XT5 done by this dealership. 5 stars for Joey and the dealership!

This is my second purchase from RJ Burne Cadillac and my husband and I don't typically buy cars in the NEPA area due to the high prices and lousy experiences we have had across the board, but that is not the case at this dealership, hence why I came back with the SRX I purchased many years ago to trade in and upgrade to a newer vehicle as a belated birthday gift to myself. I had no intention on purchasing another Cadillac (full transparency) and was heading there to look at a GMC on their lot, however I was greeted by a wonderful salesman, Dave Wert, who had me take a look and a test drive a beautiful XT5. Again, full transparency, I gripped about the issues I had with my SRX (it was 14 years old and had a good run!) and he ran through all of the improvements Cadillac had made on the XT5 model and how my requests in a new car would all be satisfied in the XT5. It looked like I was purchasing another Cadillac after all - and a gorgeous one at that! One thing I have to point out about this dealership - and it was clear when I bought my SRX used the first time I was there - you are treated the same whether you are buying a $170k Escalade or a $17k Kia. You are a CUSTOMER, PERIOD and that is hard to come by at ANY car dealer, especially one that sells higher end vehicles. While I didn't have the pleasure of saying "Hi" to Mr. Burne like I did the first time around, his presence was evident in the way I was treated by Dave and the great deal I received in the end from their Finance department. The level of professionalism, education of vehicles, and the overall car buying experience is superior at R.J. Burne and I highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a Cadillac or another brand used vehicle on their lot. Make sure you find Dave Wert and tell him I sent you. :)

What a great experience. Went in on a Saturday to purchase a new vehicle. Everything went very smoothly. David, the salesman, was nice and professional. The whole experience was pretty painless and Marc was more than patient with me in going through the custom build process for my car.
