I had a vehicle fixed here a year ago after hitting a deer and the dealership did a great job. This was the reason I chose this dealership to repair my vehicle after getting t boned on nov 4th. I can say that my experience this time with this dealership was nothing like before. There was no communication to me about the status of my car after being at the dealership for 3 weeks (recommended repair time by my insurance was 20 days) . I called several times and left messages asking for an update because of my rental time frame etc . I never got a return phone call and had to call several times and leave a few messages . When I finally got ahold of the body shop manager he told me My car would be ready by that Friday . Friday came and went , I called and left messages to see what was going on , to check in to see what the delay was and again got no return call . The following Monday I waited until the afternoon to be contacted and when I heard nothing I reached out to the GM of the dealership and left a lengthy message about how upset I was about the lack of communication and why my car was taking longer than anticipated etc. I did then get a call back from the body shop manager but never was contacted by the gm when I wanted to express my concerns . I was told by the body shop manager that there were insurance delays and that was what was causing the hold up with my car...... why not tell me that??? Because it wasn’t true, I contacted my insurance company and they stated that they had never been called by the dealership for a repeat estimate etc. ironically after pointing this out to my insurance company they called the dealership and my car was miraculously ready the next day. The car smelled terrible of paint and 3 weeks later still does. The repair was subpar, my car makes a humming nose and you can feel a vibration in the drivers front wheel when driving. Mind you this car was 4 months old when we were hit so it’s BRAND NEW!!!!! Also there was an emblem missing that they told me they would put on once they got the part in and here we are 3 weeks later with NO call!! I would not recommend anyone get their vehicles repaired at this dealership it was an absolutely awful awful awful experience.

Clean and professional job was done by your tech's in your service department. However, who really made things happen, was Tammy in your service scheduling area. She was excellent. Even though I purchased my pre-owned Chevy elsewhere with an aftermarket warranty, Tammy treated me like I was a long time customer. Handled all the scheduling and coordination with the warranty company. She promised and delivered. I'm a Chevy guy and when the time comes for another one, Hesser Chevy is my first stop. I sent my car in to get the back door lock fixed and now this is a month later and my third trip to the dealer and it's not fixed. Then the first time I got my car back it was damaged and did not fix it and the most recent time I brought it they damaged my chrome window trim. And it was supposed to be fixed and it wasn't so now I've been leaving voicemails t get my car back in there to get fixed and they haven't answered or called me back in over 24 hours.

I called Tom Hesser Chevy (where I had purchased the car) because I kept losing air from my driver side rear tire. For the past 2 weeks I needed to stop every two days to replace the air in the tire. I was told that an appointment was not necessary and I could just bring my car down to the dealership any time and they would take care of it. A few days later I called to tell them that I was on the way down. They took the car into their shop and I sat in their reception area reading my e-mail. It took about 30 or 40 minutes and the car was ready to go. Since the repair was completed I've had no further problems with the tire. Thank you.

I have been looking for a car for over a month day and night. I was traveling on N Washington Ave and spotted my car. Bam, just what I wanted. I tapped on the window and JJ came out and asked if I wanted to sit in the car, Heck yes. The only car I test drove and fell in love. JJ made the purchase swift, courteous, and efficient. Bryan Holley was a great salesman to deal with. I told him what I was looking for, he told me what he had there. He wasn't pushy and trying to sell me something I didn't want. He did offer suggestions on different colors of what they had in stock (which I am very happy he did because after I saw the color I originally wanted, I didn't like it). I called for months trying to make an appointment for my car to be looked at for a letter that I received in the mail from Chevy. I never received a phone call back, the unprofessionalism was astonishing. When I finally got a person on the phone to schedule an appointment because there was something else wrong with my vehicle, I was dealt with an attitude because I questioned being charged $125.00 for a diagnostic charge for the issue that I received the letter about. Wouldn't you be diagnostically looking at the car anyway since there is a major issue now?? She coped an attitude telling me the letter said do no call the dealership. The letter did state not to call the dealership unless you believed your car may have had that issue. I CALLED 5 times, it was months after I read the letter to remember what it had said, but regardless I wanted it fixed, maybe if she returned one of my previous phone calls I would have been better prepared with what the letter stated. I was calling because my car, as I believed, had that issue but then was over heating and actually broke down on the way to drop it off that day. The issue was fixed, they said they didn't find the code that would classify having that said issue (okay- still idles hard though and keeps the check engine light on - WHY?). What was the other codes that had my check engine light on for months prier to the over heating issue that was fixed? I didn't get any clear explanation, picked the car up, paid and left. Drove it only that day, the next time I drove it, the check engine light is already back on. Am I satisfied with their service, no. I will be taking my car to small shops from now on because why am I paying higher prices for nothing. If it needs to go back to the dealership I will go to the other dealership in the area to see if they provide better service.

I understand that shops get busy, as a matter of fact I have been working with service shops for 14 years, but to not call someone back for over a week, and I had to call 3 times to even get a call back. My truck was in there five months ago because it was stuck in four-wheel-drive, they did a reprogram on the transfer case. Fast-forward to about last week, it got stuck in four-wheel-drive again. I would figure the reprogram of the transfer case would’ve taken care of this. But when I finally got a call back after the third time calling, I’m told it can be a multitude of things and was given attitude when she said I laughed at her. WOW, One piece of advice take your vehicles elsewhere. Don’t even buy your vehicles here. Well, you won’t be able to get your vehicle in here because you’ll never even get a response.

Fantastic place to buy a vehicle. From my salesman Max to Sales Mgr Brian and others I don't know the names of, they made buying a very pleasant experience. Max was very thorough with his knowledge of vehicles and knew what I wanted before I did. Process to purchase went as smooth and quickly as it could have. And they absolutely stand behind their vehicles. I had an issue after having the vehicle a few days a there was a crack in the windshield, went back, they not only fixed the issue but provided me a loaner til the jeep had a new windshield installed. Great people, very helpful, and they aren't pressuring you to buy. I will absolutely be purchasing from them again. Great job to Max G and Brian. I highly recommend talking to these guys, they will set you on the right path for sure.

Don't bring anything to this service department. The lady at the front Tammy is absolutely no help. All she does is down the technicians and blame everything on their incompetence. Apparently they don't have anybody working in the shop that knows anything, and she will rudely tell you all about it. I can't believe anybody would want to work there, if that is how the work environment is. I spoke with the service manager and he's no help. One of the sales reps told me that Tammy is married to the manager. So good luck getting any help with that conflict of interest going on. You are just better off taking it to somebody else. The front office literally told me that the mechanics don't know what they're doing there.
