★★★★★ I was stocked in Scranton Pennsylvania on a Friday evening between Christmas and New Year and on my way to Florida. The BMW people , which were supposed to cover me with full North American road service , did nothing to help me. When I talked to their représentant , Nicolas , on the phone, he told me that he could not do nothing and that I would have to find help by myself. I then googled for a towing service and I found Bob from D&S Auto Sales Inc. Within 15 minutes I had a towing to take my car to their garage and Michael, who was the driver , was very helpful even in helping me to find an hotel to stay overnight. The next day at 8:30 AM , Bob was at the garage with his 2 mechanics and they did the impossible to repair my car. By 9:30 AM I was back on the road . All of this for a very reasonable price. Thanks guys for your help and commitment. If everyone happened to be stocked in the Scranton area, I do recommend that you call Bob.

★☆☆☆☆ I brought my car here to be inspected, They told me that the rocker panels needed to be done and the resonator replaced for it had a leak. Before it passed inspection. They took 9 days working on my car, to call me and tell me to pick it up. that the car was finished. I picked the car up. Thinking it was all taken care of. I drove off the lot, The left blinker didn't work. Shortly after, someone cut me off and i hit the horn that didn't work. I noticed the check engine light was on, When i brought the car to them the check engine light wasn't on. I then took my car to the dealership that sold me the car, and they told me that the new catalytic converter that he put on the vehicle was not the original. and that it seems that they have sabotaged my vehicle. I took the car to my father who use to be a mechanic, and he told me that they only riveted the rocker panels on, that they aren't even welded. and they just put tar over them to cover it up. I then took my car to get an estimate done by a mechanic in carbondale, and he told me that they put the ground wire on wrong, which caused the wiring harness in my cars bank 1 sensor 2 o2 sensor to literally melt. He told me that the rocker panel on the passenger side is the wrong rocker panel for my car, and that it was loose. He told me that the car should never have passed inspection, and that the damages done to my car, could have caused fatal injury, not only to my vehicle but most likely to myself, if the harness were to have caught fire, and the clogged catalytic converter that they put on my car had went up in flames also. when i brought the car back to Bob, the owner, and spoke with him. I told him i wanted the remainder of the 1000 dollars i gave them for a 600 dollar job to begin with, that i wanted the difference as in time and labor that they put into my car, as the job was not finished, and that they caused more damage. Bob, laughed at me. ( he then printed out a receipt for rocker panel repairs and exhaust, labor 1 hour, cost 1,000 dollars and told me to leave. I told him i wanted them to finish the job, he said it is. I brought a perfectly good car to them, no check engine light, just needed rocker panels and a resonator to pass inspection. I left with a death trap. I have not even owned the car for 50 days, and it is now undriveable. I have gone to several repair shops, and they have estimated the cost of damages, and repair, to be around 2600 dollars maybe more. This business, passed my cars inspection, illegally, ruined my car, and put my life in danger. When i asked for reimbursement, i was laughed at. When i expressed my concerns to the owner, Bob, Who is the one who did my inspection, He forged a makeshift receipt to and charged me the full 100 dollars, when the parts cost only 350, and they did less than 3 hours worth of work on my car in 9 days. i recommend you take your vehicle anywhere else other then this place, as they will ruin your car, not do the job correctly, or cause more issues to your vehicle than you brought it in with, which could one day cost someone their life...... I have filed a complaint with the district attorney general of consumer rights and protection. and i will also be filing a civil suite and will be placing a lien against this company as soon as i can afford a lawyer to go after them for the damages done. to my perfectly good vehicle. i pray that you do not use these people to fix your car, they are not professional and when you call them out on it, they will bill you the max amount possible for their unfinished work
