So had a check engine light for PO420 took my car in needed a new radiator and a resonator they fixed it by the next day at 10:00 in the morning got me financed so I didn't have to pay out of pocket right away cuz I didn't have the money got me back on the road recommend anybody has a problem with their car to go to them A1 company

I just moved from Hazleton to Scranton brought my vehicle to pep boys yesterday for a noise they told me it was back breaks in the back and new tires the noise was still there brought to elm street they got right to the point turned out to be both driver side wheel bearings not only did they offers to fix it but there price was cheaper then pep boys for more major work then tires and back breaks i recommend this shop to everyone who is looking for a honest and fair mechanic u will be disappointed

Kinda upset over my last experience with this place. I came to get my car inspected after coming from Mavis tires & had my tires replaced and windshield wipers. They do a courtesy of checking the vehicle to make sure it would pass for inspection because this particular one doesn’t do inspections so I came here after they told me my car was perfectly fine. I’ve been coming here for years and never really have a problem. But after I was told from another location that my brakes were 30% used, they wanted me to change my brakes which was fine they said “do you want to do the one sticker and come back?” (Which I’ve done before here). I said yeah, then miscommunication happened and they started doing my brakes. Now after I caught it and told them I’ll just come back the guy comes in to show me my breaks. My husband also does them so I was just gonna have him do them at home. You know the cheaper route. Then told me “we already have everything out it will be $120”.(how that’s my fault idk) so then I said whatever change them because I felt pressured… Then to top it all off they put stickers for 12/26 because they don’t go 1/27 until after Jan 15th? So after all that they did that lol, couldn’t even do the sticker for 1/27 after screwing me over. I guess that’s what happens when a girl gets sent to a garage.
