Gotta love when i schedule my truck for an oil change and alignment at 10 and I don’t get my truck back til 7, on top of that they failed to correctly put back my hub cab resulting in it being crushed on the highway when it flew off. The younger guy at the front desk was nice, other than that I had no good experience.

My suburu was worked on 3 different times, I had to bring it back once because the last job, they added a new part for the steering wheel, and it broke a day later, they paid for me to rent a car for a day until it was fixed. They were very concerned with the situation and made sure I was taken care of. They are all super nice people. My hats off to the manager Quinn he was in contact with me the whole time.

I went on their website to schedule an appointment request for two-tire replacements for my boyfriend's car while we looked around. About half an hour or later my boyfriend also put in a request, for the same car and same amount of tires. In the morning I was planning on calling and canceling one of them. Before I had the chance someone called me and said that they were completely booked up and not taking any more appointments for that day. He rescheduled me for the following day at 2:00 p.m. I called my boyfriend to let him know that the appointment got moved. When I spoke to my boyfriend however it they said that they actually approved his appointment. I'm not sure how they go about approving appointment s but apparently it is not first come first serve Basis even if it is just the same about tires on the same car. My boyfriend did get his tires replaced and a realignment and said that they did a fantastic job and the price point is similar to others in the area. However, it definitely is a bit weird that my appointment got rescheduled even though I put my request in first and his got approved.

Made an appointment over a month ago for 9:00 am and the car wasn’t ready until close to 5pm. My daughter was home For fall break, which is why we made a holiday. Spent over $2000 on brakes and tires and my daughter Her last day of fall break at Firestone. I have a tire store much more conveniently located so we won’t be back to Firestone

My recent experience at Firestone (Viewmont Mall, Scranton) was extraordinary! I had a bad wheel bearing that needed to be fixed asap. Store manager David Oberheu talked to his team. His mechanic Billy agreed to stay 4 hours past his shift to fix my car. David chased the rushed parts despite a global Microsoft outage and a steady influx of customers. I'm so grateful for this shop's professionalism and unrelenting customer commitment. Thank you so much!

If I could leave zero stars I would have because I called on Saturday to make an appointment for Monday just for me to arrive on Monday and be informed by the person I spoke with that this wouldn’t be the shop for me . Was It not the shop for me because I was black because I was OK with the amount of money that was required to get my car fixed. This is unprofessional and if they felt as though they couldn’t service my car needs that should’ve been explained on Saturday when I was making the appointment.

Booked an appointment online for 4 new tires with installation, when i went for my appointment I was told they didn’t have the tires and also couldn’t really get them either even though it said online that their location had 22 of those tires in stock. But they most definitely had the more expensive tires there and ready to go felt very forced upsell if ya ask me. He said “did Steve call ya?” (Nobody called me) “someone was supposed to call ya, we just don’t got um.” Wasted my time maybe don’t waste yours and just go somewhere else.

I had such a great experience with David at the Firestone in the Viewmont location. I was traveling solo and this wasn’t even my usual location, but David went above and beyond to help me. He made sure my tire pressures were all correct, helped me with the calibration on my screen, and most importantly gave me real peace of mind before I got back on the road. He gave me some suggestions that I needed to replace at my car. He was patient, professional, and kind.
