I brought my car to Firestone because the check engine light came on with code P0171. On my first visit, they performed a complete vehicle inspection and multiple services, including checking the engine sensors and fuel system, and made repairs they said would fix the issue. I paid $966, but after driving the car, the check engine light was still on. On my second visit, I spoke again with the same mechanic I had met before and agreed to move forward with additional repairs. He confirmed it was the same code as the first visit, but explained that another issue related to that code had appeared. I replaced the rear oxygen sensor, paying an additional $366, however the problem still has not been resolved and the check engine light remains on. I was disappointed with the front desk representative, who provided incorrect information about the code and denied warranty coverage. While I understood that I needed to pay, the lack of transparency and her attitude were frustrating. I chose Firestone because it is a large, well-known company. I hope the store can review my case and improve their diagnostic process and customer service so other customers do not experience the same situation.

Heavenly is great, she couldn’t get me into their location the first time so she sent me to the Covington location but this time around I had a nail in my front tire and it was on a Sunday late afternoon, she still got me in. I recently brought my 1995 Acura Integra LS into this Firestone for front CV axle replacement. Even though an unexpected issue came up afterward, the way this shop handled everything is the reason I’m giving them five stars. A few hours after the repair, my car developed a transmission fluid leak that caused it to lose all gears. I was stressed and thought I was facing a major and expensive problem. I called the shop right away, and Jarae picked up. He remembered me, listened to what was happening, and immediately told me to bring the car back so they could take care of it. They even reimbursed my towing cost, which already showed how seriously they were taking the situation. The next day, Jarae and the team diagnosed the problem quickly and honestly. It turned out that one of the brand-new axles was defective and had popped out of the transmission. They ordered a replacement, installed it, refilled the transmission fluid, and test-drove the car to make sure everything worked exactly as it should. What really stood out to me was their communication and professionalism. Jarae kept in contact, explained everything clearly, and made sure I always knew what was going on. They could have blamed the issue on something else, but instead they owned it and fixed it at no cost to me. The car actually drives smoother now and shifts better than it did before. Repairs don’t always go perfectly, especially on older cars, but what matters is how a shop responds when something unexpected happens. This Firestone stepped up, treated me with respect, and made sure I left satisfied. I truly appreciate their honesty and customer service, and I’ll definitely keep coming back.

One caution - I used the online scheduling tool, and ended up with an appointment start time earlier than when the technician was available. I recommend calling the store for more accurate scheduling with regards to both time and service needs.

Called to get my brakes checked, they got me in within 30 minutes. Car drop off was simple and easy. They called me within the hour to inform me there was nothing wrong with my brakes and I was good to pickup my car. The sales associate, Heavenly, EASILY could have scammed me out of $1200 but instead let me know my brakes were fine and only charged me for the brake inspection fee <$10. Great service and I will be coming back when my brakes actually need repair!

AVOID THIS PLACE First, I know cars and tires. They marched the Costco price on a set of Blizzak snow tires. Once I dropped off, they called me shortly after and told me two TPMS sensors were broken and i should replace all four for $575 and that I needed alignment done for $179. I had new TPMS installed and the car aligned less than I year prior so I knew to reject this. They called back later to explain they must have looked at the wrong work order and everything was working properly. Now that’s its light outside, I just realized they installed tires from 2021. To have one year old tires is normal, but four years is completely unacceptable. This place is scamming people are up charges and installing old stock tires. Avoid using them. I buy quality tires and am the fleet manager with over 100 vehicles for my company. It was a good price, but don’t risk it by going here.

Came in on a Sunday with a flat tire, no appointment, just droping in. They had me patched up, rotated, and aligned in 90 minutes. They did sell a lifetime alignment (discounted price of $210), but showed me the report proving it was actually needed, so a fair deal, I guess. The lady at the front was helpful and the waiting room is nice. Professional and quick service.
