Nope Not A Even a 1 star but I want to put my experience out there. Not the first time we’ve had a crappy experience at this location shame on us for giving them the benefit of the doubt. I called since Friday October 4th to make an appt ahead of time, still went ahead and told the man that I have had issues before with having to leave my truck because it’s my only transportation, so the man proceeded to say they next available was Wednesday October 9 and the earliest would be 9am I said ok how long will it be to get a FLAT REPAIR done, he said honestly there is always a 2 hour wait, so be prepared to wait 2 hours, I was in shock, but again I said let me give them the benefit of the doubt. I went ahead and prepared for that day I got my times adjusted at work to be able to drop off my truck and assumed I would’ve gotten a call that it’s ready by lunch time, have in mind the guy said I could take it in a bit earlier to get it in line, so that’s what I did I arranged for someone to go pick me up after leaving the truck and arranged for someone to take me back to pick it up, my husbands number was left for them to contact so he ended up calling around 2pm because at this time he is wondering why has not received a call knowing that we had “patched” this specific tire at another Firestone and we were ready to have to pay for a prorated tire being that it was just a few months old already, we already knew were going to have to pay. The Firestone man that told my husband the truck was ready and that there was nothing wrong with the tire is what really was the issue. I personally would have to fill up this tire with air every 3 days at the most because it’s leaking air somewhere but according to Firestone they did the “dunk bath” or whatever it’s called and did not see leaks. My husband drives home from a job site he was at out of town drives to my job to pick me up to go to Firestone and see what all was done to this tire. As we arrive my husband nicely asks for “Soapy Water” to check the tire cause we know the tire is leaking air, so one of the workers gets some soapy water. My husband and the Firestone employee go out to the truck and do the soapy water test and guess what, there was leak on the side wall, when we got told that there was nothing wrong with it. My husband a road construction surveyor that is not a “tire professional” was able to figure out what was wrong with this tire that had “nothing” wrong with it. While my husband is outside doing this part, I’m getting told inside the process they do and that here recently the colder weather does normally make tire pressure go down, like I don’t know what has been happening with this tire, yes I do understand the low pressure that happens when it’s cold, but this has been happening since mid summer what’s the explanation for that, anywho, my husband and the employee come back in and the Firestone guy confirms there is a leak, totally understand I’m sure a tire needs to be bought, but once I hear that I am having to pay nearly $300 for some crappy service that my only transportation was kept for all day after being told I could bring it in earlier to get it in sooner, then getting told nothing is wrong with the tire and my husband have to figure out that there was a leak and still not get all my tires balanced, when I’m having to drive out of town for personal reasons, you mean to tell me I still have to pay this amount for an issue that was not taken care of correctly by these so called “tire professionals”, I believe not. I did demand a lower price and to have a manger come up to the store to fix the solution right then and there, I sure did. I do not understand how this location is still open and running but it’s obvious customer service is not the priority I don’t care how many people from the site say that “Our service is valued” it is not. There are many horrible reviews at this location here in Temple, why has no one came in to clean house, properly staff the location or even retrain the “Tire Professionals”

This is hands down the worst Firestone I have ever dealt with. They never complete the work you ask to have done and when they do it seems to be half done. I just went for low tire pressure and a nail repair, three days later the tire is low again and nail is still in it so thanks for not repairing that when I drove around my toddler

I was traveling to Temple for a doctor’s appointment for my son. I brought in my car because I had a flat tire on the I-35. The towing truck delivered the car to Firestone in Temple upon my request. Everyone I talked to was pleasant, helpful and professional. My car was ready in a reasonable amount of time. The service surpassed my expectations and I am very grateful.

If you are going to be open 7 days a week then have the staff to do so. We had a tire loosing air while in Temple and stopped in @ 2:20 and was told they might be able to get to it. What??? The last time I looked this business was a Firestone tire dealer. Key word tire. I own a auto repair and tire shop and would never leave some waiting for a flat repair. The worst part, there was literally nothing going on in the shop. Quiet as a mouse.
