I normally have a great experience with firestone. However, my last appointment I was not notified until I arrived that service was pushed back at least 2 hours. I did not receive a call to be notified of the delay. This was very inconvenient as I was driving to another city almost an hour away and needed service prior to the trip. I had to search for another shop.

I took my vehicle two years ago and had them replace my engine. They did a horrible job. I have put my vehicle in the shop three times after the engine change. They did not change the spark plugs, they did not put on the transmission bolts, my vehicle is back in the shop due to the engine again. I would never go back to Firestone and tell no one to use them. Worst service ever

Blew out my right rear tire and showed up with my trunk torn apart from digging out the spare. Eric at the front desk took care of everything from drop-off to pickup. Even when they had to order the tire from elsewhere, he kept me updated and knocked down the price for the delay. When I picked up the car, the repair technician had not only replaced the tire but completely restored my trunk…panels, spare, everything back in place like nothing ever happened. I didn’t ask for that, and they didn’t have to do it, but they did. Outstanding service from both Eric and the tech. They went above and beyond. Highly recommend.

Decided I needed a set of tires and got tired of Discount Tire nickel and diming me so thought I'd give Firestone a chance. Made an appointment for 10am, showed up at 10am, checked in, was about to give up and leave when at 10:45am they pulled my truck in. I think they started on it around 11:15. I don't understand what in the hell I made an appointment for, there should be some sort of notification this place does not respect your time. Work was great. They were nice and polite.

We had two tires go flat on Christmas Eve while visiting from out of town. Replacement tires were needed within 2 days if we were going to make it back home in time for work, and each shop we called was going to have a waiting period of 5-10 days to get the correct size tire in. However, this Firestone location was able to get the tires exactly in time for when we needed them for a reasonable price. They not only got the tires installed with a quick turnaround, but were also very kind and helpful. Would highly recommend this location!

I just wanted to take a moment to extend a sincere gratitude and appreciation for Temple store manager Eric Branham. I had a blow out on my way to the airport. I was able to get a donut on the car, but could not drive to Austin without a tire. I arrived first thing in the morning. Eric had a no show and a call off. He personally replaced my tire and got me on the road so I would not miss my flight. I was able to make my flight with peace of mind. This act of kindness and compassion is truly appreciated and ensures my loyalty to Firestone. Thank you

I brought my car in for new tires and showed them my warranty. That should have been my first clue. This was a brand new car and they were telling me it needed 10K worth of fixes (which all happened to be hand picked from my warranty) and after calling my warranty they weren’t going to fix any of it besides 700$ without more proof of pictures, and for some of it, not at all. I was confused why they weren’t willing to push back with our warranty so I ended up getting the car towed to a different auto shop where they do push back and they tried to pull the cars codes with nothing even popping up. They then physically checked everything on their list from the brakes to the rack and pinion and it was all just fine, even brand new for some of the parts, and they were confused what issues needed to be fixed. Moral of my story; Firestone in temple will lie to you about what needs to be fixed and charge you 175$ an hour for labor if you’re not looking. PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT IF YOU HAVE ANY OTHER OPTIONS. Olson Auto is right down the road and they are honest and will fix your car for what it needs. If I could give negative stars I would. DO NOT GO HERE PLEASE 😤

I brought my car to this Firestone for a tire rotation. During the service, the staff pried off my wheel caps, causing visible damage. I noticed the damage the next morning and returned to the store. The manager personally acknowledged the damage and took photos, but despite this, Firestone headquarters ultimately denied my claim. I am extremely disappointed with how this was handled. Staff caused damage to my car, management admitted it, yet I received no compensation. I do not recommend this location if you care about your vehicle being treated properly.
