I have been disappointed, just as I take care of the maintenance of my vehicle as well as its care because everything is money. I decided to change my tires here because I simply wanted to give myself the opportunity to try Firestone despite so many bad reviews they have. But it turns out that their staff treats the vehicles as if they were toys that they can throw away whenever they want, well no, if it says “Complete auto care” I imagine that includes the care they will give to the vehicle and not only for the variety of services. what are you offering. They have scratched one of the wheels, as if they dropped them, and the part where the screws go are all scratched, as if they do it with a speed that they don't care, at least I know how my vehicle is and by logic I was able to give account, things that I made them know. Where they lost some of the Tire Valve Caps, which I had to buy all 4 of. With this I simply want their workers to respect the time they give to each vehicle, not just because they want to get the job done, since that includes good quality also and not just its tires.

"I believe fundamental honesty is the keystone of business." They proved it today. They gave me a refund for a service they don't have to do. The mechanic just told me what do. The clerk told me to come back the next day and talk to the manager. I got the refund! Wish most business practices the same customer service they have had. They've been taking care of my Toyota Sienna here. Keep it up! Awesome crew! They deserve flowers.😉🫠😊

I literally left a good review the day i came in because normally when i come here I have zero issues and the manager José is so amazing and has great customer service. But i had to delete it because I got my engine oil changed and 3 new tires. When i pulled off my car started making a loud banging noise. So I called in to let them know what i am hearing and the person who picked up the phone told me i had to wait until other cars were done. I told him i already been waiting 5 hours here to get my service done why should i have to wait a few more hours for something they screwed up. Frankie was the person who worked on my car which he never worked on my car before. Normally Patrick works on my car and does an amazing job and is always honest about the work that needs to be done and what’s necessary. Patrick was the one who test drove my car and found that the bolts to the dust cover to my transmission was missing and was hitting the ground when i drive. The question that i asked why was my transmission dust cover ever touched to do an oil change and replace tires? I called a bmw specialist and they confirmed with me that the dust cover does not need to be touched to do a oil change. So when i told them what bmw told me they claimed they never touched the dust cover and they don’t know why the bolts are missing and i responded my car has never made this noise before and my dust cover bolts are way too strong to just fall off out of nowhere is what bmw told me. I had this car for 5 years and never had this issue before until i came here. Because my car is a BMW i have to re order a whole new dust cover that comes with the correct bolts. what ever these charges are I need to be reimburse. If Frankie was unaware of how to work on BMW he should have asked questions or not touch my vehicle at all. I brung my car back first thing in the morning because the dust cover fell again and Jose as always is helping and was able to put my dust cover back in place. I thought everything was over and was just a mistake and the issue was fixed. Today i drove my car to a store and then tried to turn it back on and now my car is hesitating to start which I’ve never had a problem with before. I had this car for 5 years zero issues just regular maintenance.

I brought in my vehicle for a diagnostic at the Firestone on Tank Battalion Ave. at 0800 in the morning. At around 2:40pm I was told there was only one person performing diagnostics, and that it was going to take a while before they got to my vehicle, so I continued to wait. At 4pm I was then told that they were not going to be able to look at my vehicle, because of unpredictable things that fall apart, I was also told that they were still working on vehicles from the day prior. So as a customer that has been to this Firestone location on multiple occasions for repairs and maintenance, I was highly upset, that they would treat a customer this way. After bringing up the fact that there was only one person doing diagnostics on such a busy day, and that is seemed like a employee management issue, the guy got defensive and told me to go somewhere else!!!

3 hours for an oil change is ridiculous. Staff moved with zero sense of urgency or motivation to get the job done in a timely manner. Absolutely zero consideration for the time taken from their clients as if we don’t have things to do. Would not recommend this branch for their service at all
