Brought my car in that I just bought and they were able to take my car in 8:30am that morning run a diagnostic and return my car back to be at 1pm with my oxygen sensor replaced. Warranty paid for it. Highly recommend.

This is hands down my favorite location! Nick & the guys have really been good to me over the years! Every predicament I find myself in (and there's a lot of them), this location always comes through for me! This last one sealed the deal for me! Not only was it a Sunday, it was later in the afternoon & they close at 5pm. I had to have a flat bed wrecker tow my car & get 4 new tires. They got everything done in record time! I highly recommend them but don't go on a Friday... that's my day! Lol Thanks Nick! I still owe you a cake!

I love coming to this Firestone! I can always count on quality service from the service advisors to the mechanics and technicians. Nick is the name of the Manger and is very polite and knowledgeable. Richard is one of the best mechanics. I can always count on the job being done right the first time.

Thank you very much to all who took care of my car today. What I thought was a simple fix, a valve stem turned out to be much bigger. My tires were more than 5 years old. Thank you Sabrina and crew for making my life safer.

Brought truck in for ac issue. 9 15 am. Sat for 1 hour. Was told they cant get it to act up. When asking about another issue, with the truck in their possession, I felt like I was having to convince the team to give me an answer nontheless an estimate to do the work. Its like they just didnt want to work on the vehicle. When given back my keys they pulled the truck hardly out of the second to last bay and had me walk to my vehicle in the cold rain. No thank you.

I was upsold on unnecessary services to reach the coupon threshold. I brought my 2015 Ford Escape (30k miles) in for an oil change and tune-up due to misfiring and stalling when turning. I also asked the man about wanting to make an appointment soon for brakes, if necessary. He said he'd check that for free. What I needed: Oil change, spark plugs, and ignition coils (~$415 based on market rates). What happened: Before diagnosing my car, the service advisor (I believe the man's name was Tracy) quoted $680, then immediately "discounted" it to $580. I approved because I trusted their expertise. The problem: They added a $155 fuel induction service I never requested—I come to find out this is typically unnecessary under 60k miles, especially for light drivers like me (6,000 miles/year, gentle driving, cruise control). Why they added it: My necessary repairs were ~$480. They have a "$100 off $600" coupon. By adding the fuel service, they pushed me over $600 to qualify. I paid $520 after "discount"—actually $40 MORE than if I'd declined. What should have happened: "Your repairs are $480. We have $100 off $600. Want to add services to reach that, or proceed with necessary repairs only?" Instead, they bundled everything with an instant "discount" without explaining what was necessary vs optional or that fuel induction was only added to hit the coupon threshold. My car is running well from the work that was done. But the sales tactics felt deceptive, especially for a customer like myself without much automotive knowledge. While my vehicle was being serviced, I observed similar discount tactics used on several other customers. Additional concern about transparency: While waiting in the lobby after my service was completed, I received an automated email with my brake inspection report, stating that I need brake fluid. At the exact same moment, the only female employee working that day walked from the shop into the customer waiting area and loudly stated "there's money missing in there! Brakes!" within earshot of customers. The timing struck me as suspicious—right after the inspection report was sent to me. It gave me the impression that this person was reviewing my brake estimate for profitability rather than accuracy, and instructing staff to revise it upward. When they told me my vehicle was ready and I walked up to the cash register, that same woman walked into the lobby from the shop outside, and said out loud while holding a work order from another vehicle in her hand, "we're making money today!" The man told me that my "brakes were fine (did not mention the mm on them or show me any type of inspection report) but the brake fluid needs to be changed, and I can do that right now for $95." I told him, "I'm not doing that," then paid my bill, said thank you, and left the shop. My AC was on high and left on when I turned on my vehicle, which I always turn off before shutting down the engine, and my speed limit settings were changed to fuel economy on the dash. I will seek a second opinion elsewhere about the brakes and fluid, and will not return to this particular shop. Unless I need an alignment at some point, I will go to another shop because I have the 'lifetime warranty' for that. I will not return to a Firestone shop otherwise. My advice: Ask for written estimates BEFORE approving work. Ask which repairs fix your problem vs preventative maintenance. Ask your total if you only do necessary repairs. Don't be pressured by instant "discounts"—they may add services to reach coupon thresholds.

Firestone Automotive has been my absolute go-to place for my car needs for years now! The love I have for them is immeasurable. The staff is continuously warm, welcoming, and operatively efficient. They always ensure to provide me with the best prices for parts, which is greatly appreciated. More importantly, the work they do on my cars is always top-notch. It's difficult to find such consistent excellent service these days. Kudos to the Firestone team! I can't recommend them highly enough.

I haven't been to this Firestone in quite a while and even though they are a bit pricey, I have always been happy with the quality of their work. Communication has improved dramatically since I was last here. Dropped my car off at 2:00 yesterday and work was done by 4:30. My old car runs smooth now and I was also told about other issues that will need attention soon. Thanks to all for great service!
