I’ve been using this location through multiple cars and visits, and while I really like the people, the service has been subpar for me. Each time I come, it’s for something pretty basic. Today was an oil change and two rear pads. I watched as people kept coming after and leaving before me, and it’s always something fluky that happened that made me be the person to wait hours on end. If it was once or twice, happens. I even got offered a free oil change once which was them recognizing my consistent issues, but it just keeps happening and after today it’s just too many times to spend that kind of money to get stalled service. So while I will have to try elsewhere, I guess I’d say it’s a roll of the dice for you readers.

I came in on 11/11 to check my tires the tech Tyrin M help me he was very nice and set an appointment for me on 11/16. He note the type of tire I need it etc. When I return for my appointment the manager Matt told me that my tire was not in this location and he did not do anything to assist me. ( The manager even said that he let go the tech Tyrin guess what he is here today 11/ 20 so many lies. )I have canceled something I was going to do that morning etc…. My point is the new manager and the new people here don’t take their jobs serious and they don’t care about their clients. They need training and provide good customer service. I really need to speak with their corporate office. Location of 6024 FM2920 Rd Spring Texas 77379 Very bad customer service…. Managers before Daton, Moises and Javier were very good… please check this location.

Brought my car in last week due to previous report of broken front axle. It would be a three hour wait so I was asked to make an appointment for the following week. We made the appointment for 12 o’clock Monday two witnesses to this conversation.. At 12 o’clock I show up and they have no record of my appointment. Manager says we had a conversation that I was supposed to bring the car in at 7 AM. Not true. Then he also said he called me at 7:30 AM to tell me to bring my car in. No calls received. A waste of my day taking off work to do this. I’m glad I did not give these people my money.
