Had to bring my v in to the Firestone in Spring. My Tires were all bad from the rental company. Jarvis was phenomenal with the care and his expertise with the rental company on getting two new tires so my family and i could keep going. The time at the facility was swift. Very pleased with all his services. The location is clean and very peaceful. I’ll refer Jarvis to everyone in Houston.

They do good work when you are able to be get in. Made an appointment on Saturday. I got there at my appointment time just to be told they weren’t going to get me in for 4 hours and I could come back at they would move my appointment later in the day. Before I headed back a 2nd time Jarvis called and said they were still behind and I could come at 3pm Sunday. I come in Sunday at 2:45 and Matt tells me that won’t be able to get to my car for 2 hours and I could come back then and my spot would be saved. I come back again for the 2nd time and Matt, Store Manger is gone for the day and the next employee tells me that appointments really don’t mean much it’s just first come first serve and they they won’t be able to get me in today. They wasted my time 2 days in a row. They obviously don’t communicate well throughout the store with their staff and their time management is horrible. They won’t respect your time.

They are great!! I went to the location on holzwarth and they told me an hr and half wait. I’m on crunch time today as I have to be in Waco tonight! These fellas had me in and out in less than an hr. These fellas gentleman in the front with the blonde hair and beard was phenomenal!! He answered the phone before coming and told me he’d have me in and out and sure did!! I’m coming from Katy btw!! I would drive all the way here for my car needs anytime!!

This place is truly a life saver. I was driving from one place to another place for work when my tire started to hum. It's a hum that you know if you had bad tires. Came in and spoke to Matt. I told him I need to try go in and out so I can finish my work and not fall behind to much. When someone tells me I got you. To me it holds alot of value but alot of people dont always carry it. Matt has got me in and out and no stress and handled everything properly. If I wasnt so far away, id come here to handle all my cars. This Firestone is truly amazing. I cant complain even if I wanted

Good service. But I will never buy tires here again. I bought the road hazard and one had a nail. I still have to pay over $100 for the replacement. What good is paying for hazard insurance if i still have to pay for almost the price of a new tire?

I would highly recommend not using this location. Its a shame to have to leave even one star. My vehicle was not properly diagnosed and within 24 hours it broke down again( maybe an hour of drive time). I had to pay to have it towed back to fix the problem that was actually wrong with it the entire time(the starter) after paying almost 800.00 for repairs that apparently wasn't the issue. When I picked my truck up the new rep that I got seemed that he new that my starter was never diagnosed and even mentioned that they never tested it and was disgusted that they didn't and agreed that they either wrongly diagnosed and billed me or didn't diagnose at all and charged me 150.00 to diagnose. Use another location. I've used firestone in Cypress several times and never had an issue. This location is all about beating you out of money with no accountability. The price of my starter ended up costing me over 1800.00 with them after spending 800.00 plus tow fees. Im hoping they checked everything this time and I'm not stuck on the side of the road again. I only allowed them to do the starter because my truck had to be towed.

Josh at the front desk demonstrated courtesy, professionalism, and politeness when I arrived shortly before closing on Saturday for a vehicle inspection, after other locations were unable to assist due to system down. Matt and his coworkers did a phenomenal job with my vehicle. Not only did they take care of the original issue I contacted them for, they found several other issues with the vehicle I had just purchased and contacted the warranty company on my behalf. They were able to get them to cover all of the needed repairs without me paying a lot out of pocket. They took it upon themselves to do the right thing by the customer and I truly appreciate that because that’s not very common these days.

From the moment I arrived, they listened to exactly what I wanted and didn’t try to upsell me or push unnecessary services. I told them what I was there for, and they respected that completely. They got me in and out quickly and reassured me that my vehicle was good to go, which gave me peace of mind. I especially appreciate that they weren’t pushy or trying to scam me, which unfortunately has been my experience at other places. This visit was easy, straightforward, and stress-free.
