Justin was great with pricing, upon arrival Herman ordered my tires for my Zero turn mower on Friday afternoon and called me Saturday to let me know they arrived. What a great group of guys Hunter met me at my car to help with the wheels and tires. As I was removing the wheels and tires, one of the mechanics told me he would take them for me. Four of them were exchanging the tires and wheels and installing the new tires in about 20 minutes. I would not go anywhere else for tires. Fabulous job with great team work.

Called and spoke to Hunter on the phone. He answered my questions on the phone, and helped me make an appointment for NYE afternoon. I came in for a free tire-rotation, and I knew I needed a new tire-sensor. He greeted me in the parking lot! Got me right in and out of there! They checked everything on my tires and didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t need. (I’d still be in line waiting to sign in for my appointment @ NTB…) Thanks, Hunter and TIRE LINK! Heard great things about TIRELINK from multiple people and decided to give them a try. As someone who does not ever do reviews, I believe I needed to do one. From the moment I walked in Herman took excellent care of me and treated me with professionalism and kindness, unlike other tire shops that I have been to in the past. I booked an appointment for 2:30 and arrived around 2:20 and was out by 3PM. Fast service that I cannot recommend enough. The tires I ordered were not in stock and instead of making me come back in at another time/day, Herman offered to give me a more expensive brand for the same price as the ones I ordered, which was very much appreciated! Thank you Herman for appreciating your customers and helping me with the tire situation. I will be a loyal customer just from this experience.

Blew a flat tire on a Friday evening at 5:30. Almost every tire shop in the area is about to close, so I quickly called as many shops in the area as I could find. None of them had the size tire I would looking for. I called TIRELINK and they offered a loaner tire while they order the correct size. The gentleman I spoke with, Herman, said I could borrow the tire as long as I need and when I’m ready, come get the new tire. They were SUPER fast, courteous, and really saved me in a pinch. Highly recommend, will be returning for future tires. 10/10

Seriously this place is a hidden gem, just a stones throw away from big box competitor Discount Tire and leaps and bounds above and beyond in customer care. I’m really impressed. My parents live in Magnolia and had a tire puncture that was losing air quickly on the way home. I called your Magnolia shop on a bit of a long shot to see if there was any chance of home service. Given their age, changing a tire or bringing it in just isn’t realistic. Someone is already on the way out to help them. That’s amazing service. Really appreciate your team taking care of them. That store really earned their 669+ 5 star reviews. Impressive!

Still same great service couldn't even make it to a parking spot before the guy came out and and took my key fab and pulled my truck in the bay .
