I have a real story to tell,,,, as im driving in our area I stop at Car Outlet spoke to Stefan and I got approved for a 2015 Toyota Corolla its a brand new car with very low mileage, as we start talking and having a long conversation. I got offered to work at his shop. Fast and very accurate work. We were on a trip when the rear right wheel start making a horrible noise. Car Outlet Inc. was the only shop open on Saturday so, we stopped to ask for help. Stefan called an auto parts vendor, the part was delivered and he replaced it in no time. We were back on the road in less then 90 min. Thank you very much Car Outlet Inc.

He even called before purchasing parts to confirm the final price so there were no surprises. First car I bought was a 2012 Four Door Sedan and as soon as I paid it off the engine blew up! Second I bought a Toyota Rave it was ok but started having a lot of problems he got it back! Third Car I was buying I put $3,000 dn and paid $400/month Nissan Altima, I had a young Man do a roof job on an old Storage building which after he got on top he found a hole the size of a paint bucket lid and a few holes which he sealed and patched. The Man doing the job fell through hurt his back but didn't file on the Car Outlet! The Owner paid $700 instead of $1,000 so the job was finished due to Breach of Contract on The Owner of Car Outlet! I said that to say Stefan the Owner called saying to return the car because he didn't like the Roof job and I said it has nothing to do with the Car! He said I'm going to Repo it and he did! It has caused me hardship iny life being disabled and 62 yrs old. On top of all that he didn't tell me the car I was paying $13,500 for was a Salvage Title! SO BEWARE OF WHAT YOU BUY FROM HIM HE IS A USED WRECKED CAR SALESMAN FROM THE COUNTRY BULGARIA

I’d been dealing with a back rear wheel issue that had been causing me a lot of angst. It feels like everyone is trying to scam you these days and I can tell you from first hand experience, you have to be careful. NOT these guys! They were awesome! When I first called, I spoke with Stephan, who was fantastic, quick with an estimate and great about keeping me updated. What I especially appreciated was that after our initial call, he followed up by text, which made communication so much easier. He connected me with Franklin, who invited me to come in much sooner than expected; the same day at 11:30 AM.
