My 2017 Jeep Patriot has only 15k miles, and the ABS & traction lights came on the dash. Although it's under warranty, the dealership wanted to keep my Jeep for a week and a half before they could get to it. Um a mom with 2 kids who works full-time doesn't have that luxury. And no offer for a rental? I have NEVER used a dealer for repairs anyway, but I was nearby when it happened so... My dad recommended I call and talk to Jason at My Mechanic. So I did. I dropped my Jeep off first thing in the morning and took an Uber to work. Within an hour, he called and verified it was a sensor behind the wheel and he'd have it ready within a couple of hours. After work, I picked up Mike (my Jeep) and was back to my evening routine. Jason is an honest mechanic, he charged me a fair price for parts and labor, and I'm confident that I will use him again if necessary. I'd rather pay for honest and amazing service, rather than wait for the dealership to nickel and dime me and play with my time. Thank you Jason.

I have a 2008 Jeep liberty that was having issues ( air conditioning/ overheating ) and told them to keep the vehicle and do a complete inspection of the vehicle and they did it fantastic job and very reasonable It was my first ever with Jason at My Mechanic after years of going elsewhere I'll go back if any future issues should ever arise again with my vehicle

On my way to work my truck’s water pump gave out. I was able to take my vehicle to Jason, who receive me without an appointment. He was able to have my vehicle completed by 9 am same day. Jason gave me that small town service with honesty and professionalism, also not over priced as well. I will recommend him to anyone who needs service to their vehicle.
