★★★★★ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️10 STARS⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ If you want an honest body shop with people who have integrity and care about not only the quality of work they do but also timeliness and making the lives and pocket books of their clients so much happier, THIS IS YOUR BODY SHOP!! Sonny (the owner) and his team are EXCELLENT and TRULY CARE about the community in which they serve. I have brought my Ford Expedition in three times for various wrecks that were just plain bad luck and Sonny has repaired thousands of dollars worth of damage, timely and perfectly! My car looks brand new every single time. He has had so much empathy for my situations and dealing with the insurance company, to the rental car company, to the Ford dealership. This last time, I came to Sonny for help with my vehicle after my teenage daughter backed into a utility pole. When I dropped it off, I asked Sonny to look at the rear AC because it was not blowing out of the rear vents (this was totally separate from the repair I was bringing my car in for). He took the time to look at the issue, did not charge me and told me the rear blower motor was shot and to take it into Ford. GULLO FORD IN CONROE IS HORRIBLE and wanted to charge me $3,500 for a leak they said was in my evap system (which wasn’t there because it was still blowing cold air out of the front vents). I called Sonny after getting the estimate from Ford and he was able to get the parts for the rear blower motor that same day for a couple hundred dollars. I dropped my car off at 5pm (when the shop closes) and Sonny called me at 8:00am the next morning and said it was ready for pickup. Sonny personally went in early before his shop opens and put in the new rear blower motor!! Ford had my car for 5 days, gave me an insane estimate for repairs that were not needed, did absolutely nothing in those 5 days and still charged me $150 for diagnostics on the AC upon pickup. I was so frustrated and felt so taken advantage of and lied to by Ford. Sonny, IS THE KINDEST, SHOOT YOU STRAIGHT, and MOST HONEST BUSINESS OWNER IN THE INDUSTRY, I HAVE EVER HAD THE PLEASURE OF WORKING WITH!! He DOES NOT TAKE ADVANTAGE of you, does an EXCELLENT JOB, VERY QUICKLY, SAVING YOU THOUSANDS of dollars!! HE CARES, TAKES PRIDE IN HIS WORK and GOES ABOVE AND BEYOND for his customers, whom he TREATS LIKE FAMILY, in every facet of what he does. My husband and I are CUSTOMER FOR LIFE and cannot begin so show our appreciation and gratitude for all of his sacrifices, valuable time, working in this insane heat, honesty, and sincere help in dealing with some stressful situations.

The pricing was fair from the get go and they went out of their way to get me into my car as soon as possible. If you need your car fixed, I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
