Excellent repair and service! Cannot say enough good things about ProColor and the work they do. Johnny and the whole team are great and super responsive. The repair ended up taking longer than anticipated but at no fault of ProColor — And I was always informed of what was going on. Terrible service and professionalism- Received an estimate and gave them 50% down, they told us to bring the car back in 3 weeks. They were suppose to have the car for 1-2 weeks to do some minor repairs. (approx $5,000). They also charged us another $1,000 on top of the initial quote and on top of that they lost our deposit and we had to prove we gave them 50% down. It then took three weeks, when we picked up the car it was not complete as they did not have the stripes to install. Keep in mind these stripes were not complicated, they are installed every day with minor notice from every business that does wraps. Now we have to take it back again for who knows how long to perform one hours work. Not going to take it back because we have no confidence they will be get it done.★☆☆☆☆ a year ago

Wife brought her car in to get fixed. They looked the car over and let her know that even if she drops the money to fix it, the car would last maybe a year before it breaks down. The honesty when they told her thought was more than appreciated. They have have lost a sale that day, but we are definitely coming back for future help. Amazing shop! After a terrible year-long experience with a crooked Geico preferred shop, these guys took over and completely corrected the hack job from the Geico shop. These guys DO NOT make any compromises with adjusters that could compromise the quality of work! 10 out of 10 would recommend to anyone! Honeat technicians - which says a lot. My wife and I stopped in to get a look at some paint peeling away, and we were told to go to the dealer as it may be a defect. We did not even think about a dealer defect and stopped in for pricing - but instead told that we may get it done for free and to check with the dealer. We did, and it was. I took my truck to Magnolia Collision Center after being turned away by another collision center near me and received amazing service from Johnny. I let him know that I had been hit by another driver and had already been turned away due to her insurance and he told me to bring in my truck and they’ll take care of me. He went above and beyond and kept me up to date on all the work being done on my truck and everything going on with the insurance.
