Was in for a windshield replacement scheduled at 10:00. Arrived 15 minutes early. Was told that I was third in line. Why the appointment if the installer can't keep up? The work was excellent. Just need to work on scheduling that doesn't inconvenient the customer 2.5 hours before they start your vehicle

I have had the absolute worst experience with this service department. They have absolutely failed at every form of customer service. My vehicle has been with BMW Woodlands for 30 days. Every form of contact has been initiated by me to follow up on my vehicle. They have never reached out and updated me. They told me the vehicle was fixed. Took it home. Would not start the very next attempt. Had to have it towed back immediately. No progress. They have refused to offer any loaner vehicle. They ripped the rubber off the door to get into the vehicle and damaged it. The service managers have been invisible and never respond to messages left by the reception. They have 0 professionalism, 0 accountability and 0 respect for the BMW brand.

Service advisor submitted incorrect claim to warranty company which resulted in me sitting at dealership for hours. Loaners seem to only be available for particular customers or never available. Ended up not leaving car to get repaired. Made arrangements w service advisor to call when he could set up loaner and I could leave my car, he agreed. It’s been a week still haven’t heard from anyone…. Just this survey. :)

I unfortunately had to go to another BMW location and received the most appalling customer service. They would only shuttle me one way and told me it was my responsibility to find a way back to the dealership before last pick up. When I asked if they could top my oil off or even change it under my prepaid plan they stated they couldn’t. Told me to buy a quart and put it in myself. Only wanted to negotiate repair cost after I told them I was taking my car to the Woodlands location. Honza my service provider stayed after hours, had a loaner waiting and made an impossibly stressful situation into a positive one! Even though the Woodlands is very far, the service is unmatched! Thank you for all you do and more!

I brought my car in for the initial break in service, and as usual I wasn’t surprised with the level of professionalism and courtesy that I was met with. My Service Advisor, Honza, was informative and made sure that the service was completed in an appropriate amount of time since I waited at the dealer while it was being performed. I would highly recommend BMW of The Woodlands, and Honza in particular, for your BMW service needs.

I enjoy BMW of the Woodlands Service Center. My service advisor, Honza is friendly and courteous. I've been there 3 times this month for different reasons. Each time I go I receive a video from the service technician, which I appreciate greatly. I bought a used car from a different dealership, and had BMW inspect it. My subsequent visits have been to fix those small issues. Always a pleasure, and can talk with the service advisor through text. You can pay online through their payment portal. Although I was a little skeptical of this because the payment page looked sketchy. It was formatted awkwardly, both on mobile and desktop, and looked suspicious. Its not the quality of design and form that I would expect from a prestigious brand. Other than that, it has been a pleasure!

The reason we go there is the incredible relationship Todd Burns built with us after we spent time shopping there over a year ago. (Maybe the entire USA!)
