Came here twice with a coolant issue. The first time they recommended additional repairs and I signed off on that work, but they called me on Friday less than 30 minutes before close telling me to pick up my car. I ended up staying an hour past closing. The second time they performed a pressure test and said that would tell them the issue. After I get my car back, same issue. I had to take it to another mechanic who said they didn’t do their due diligence on the repairs and there was a part clearly leaking. After spending thousands here for this issue alone, I thought this would be solved. I will say I do like that they provide you with the information and document issues on your car which is nice. They seem good for straight forward jobs. Not sure if I would or would not recommend.

Impressive Auto Repair shop - you can tell these guys care about serving well by extending hospitality and building trust with their customers. These guys removed the intimidation of showing up at a mechanic by informing me of the repair process with timelines and price points upfront. Appreciate that with every Oil change or repair, they'll show you the condition of your vehicle on a digital inspection report and are more than willing to answer any questions I have. They're truly gifted at providing the education I need to feel like I've made an informed decision. They've had the same master level technicians and Service team since I've been going for a few years so they have to be doing something right! Definitely worth finding them just off of Sawdust Rd.

I don’t want to say it that all mechanics are in trust worthy because my father was a Mercedes Benz specialist. Yet these guys thought they could charge me $5,000-$4,000 to replace my ABS sensor. I had this already happen about two years ago to my VW and don’t recall at all paying that much for it. Also they attempted to say I needed an oil change( something I had done a month ago) yet they based it off of my mileage and so I called BS on that. Worst part was the diagnostic check was $105.50. Something they failed to mention when I first came in. Won’t go back and won’t recommend

Went in for water leak from cooling system and was fixed the same day. Pricing was fair and service personnel were extremely nice with complete explanation of all required work needed to get my car repaired. Would recommend them for anyone!

Top notch service! Second time to the shop, first for a diagnostic and felt there was no judgement about not receiving services beyond that. Second was for evap, brought in on a Friday morning and it was ready by Tuesday. Tanner was easy going and reassuring, really made the process of drop off, explaining what was going on, and pick up simple and quick! Pricing is fair honestly, I've known shops to charge more for less, and you're getting every penny worth what you're spending! One thing I'd like to speak high on; their diagnostic approach with photos, explanations and estimates for repair prior to approval of what you want done. Highly recommend!

I would give 10 stars if possible. Every person there is always professional and kind with their consultative approach. Such an easy process too: they picked up my car - fixed it (with status updates throughout) and delivered my car . Easiest process EVER!! Thanks again, Rusty’s. Knocked itnout of the park yet again. Much appreciated!!! Sincerely, Michelle B (a very satisfied client).

I went to Rusty's my first time last week and they really exceeded my expectations in a few ways: - I got to speak with someone who was working on my car - I got the most detailed work report I've ever seen - you had availability as soon as I wanted - prices seemed fair - very welcoming environment That is a lot of layers of your garage doing good work and making good decisions. I am very happy I chose to have my Volvo worked on at Rusty's.

Excellent Place Highly recommended, took my truck in for an electrical issue and it was handled in a very professional manner. You can count on these guys when they say they will have it done they mean it. Do not hesitate to use this place everyone is very professional. They not only addressed my problem but did an extensive inspection to let me know what needed and not needed attention down the road. THANK YOU

My AC failed to work on my F150. I brought it in to Rustys Garage as they were recommended by a coworker. My truck proved to be a bit of a more difficult repair due to the supercharger modifications. At first we thought it was a compressor issue, but it ended up being a clutch. They were able to solve the issue. Since then we’ve had some complications as my belt that drives the s/c and a/c continues to break. We are not sure why, but Rustys Garage stands by their work and is keeping me cool and cruising! We’re hoping we got it, but if not, I know Rustys Garage will continue to stand behind their work until it’s completely fixed. Thanks guys for your steadfastness in troubleshooting the issue!

I called for an estimate, and Keith did a great job of explaining what the process was and the outcome. I went in for an Estimate for the rear brakes, and it was competative. They let me know, step by step, what to expect and the costs. Car back in a timely fashion, as promised, at the quoted price. Got a ticket for a free car wash, which is that little bit extra that moves a good company to a GREAT company. Also gave me a $30 discount coupon to give to anyone of my choosing. Guess where that's going? Right, my daughter. She needs a place to trust and a place that will recommend what's needed to not only fix it, but keep it on the road. Good job, Team Rusty!

Love these guys. You really get what you pay for. We took our truck in with a problem that not even the dealer could solve. It turned out to be a simple problem of a loose grounding belt in the electrical system, but it had given us grief for a year and nobody could find or fix it. With service and smart guys like this, why would we go anywhere else with our truck. Thanks for a job well done.

These guys are awesome! I have nothing but good things to say. They fixed several things on my 2022 Ford Ranger and I have never felt it drive so good before. Rusty's Garage is the only place I go to when any of my vehicles need service. Great job guys!

Found this shop when I was looking to have work done on rebuilding the transmission. They kept me informed during the process and was a fair price for the work compared to other shops. They did great work and haven't had any issues in the last six months. I am now taking my car here for all repairs needed.

Don’t waste your time or money! First off Keith is pretty rude. Tanner was super kind. Another gentleman from inside the shop was kind as well but Keith claims uber trips are complimentary. They are not once you decline the repairs. They’ll say one price then quote you for 800 for just front brakes. Then they’ll go through your vehicle and leave it a mess and unplug your dash cam. I’d attach a photo if I could. I highly suggest flying a family member out, it’s cheaper or simply go to a reasonable mom and pop shop. Anywhere is better and cheaper. This place is not a good place to go unless you’re willing to spend 3 times more than you would anywhere else. Also keep in mind they will say brake inspection is free. But when you get there. They are not!

Rustys Garage was a fantastic experience dealing with Keith and the technician (didn’t get his name, sorry). Considering my past efforts with other companies who supposedly dealt with unique types of classic cars, I took my 1973 VW Thing to have some work done even with this being a very unique car to work on by today’s standards. Not only did they fix all issues, they actually researched the car for proper parts and manuals to install specific items. They were the best at communicating with me not only by phone calls but also with emails and photos of issues they found regarding safety. At this point, they allowed me to pick and choose which items I’d like fixed. This was an overwhelming sense of comfort compared to all my previous experiences with other garages. I can guarantee no person will be disappointed in their professionalism, dedication and communication standards. Job well done. Thank you.

Rusty's Garage is outstanding! All the service techs are friendly, knowledgeable and super accommodating. Needed a couple of items addressed with my Porsche and not only did they service them, they gave me a full comprehensive detailed evaluation of the entire vehicle, including pictures for my records. Not even my doctor does that when I get an annual physical. Folks, take your cars to Rusty's Garage and be amazed with their service. Cheers!

Addendum: I was recently contacted by Rusty's Garage, who inquired further about the situation and subsequently issued a refund. I sincerely appreciate their acknowledgment of the issue and the efforts they have made to resolve it. I trust that this was an isolated incident. As a recommendation to other customers, I suggest always request all replaced parts when collecting your vehicle. I privately messaged Rusty's Garage days ago. I wanted to allow them to respond to my concerns and receive reciprocation. I STRONGLY advise you, the customer, to seriously consider on not hiring this outfit. This is my original message: On June 21, 2025, this establishment performed an oil pan gasket replacement. Six months later, both BMW and an independent mechanic concluded that the gasket still requires replacement. Based on these findings, it appears that the workmanship provided by Rusty's did not align with expected quality standards. Photographic documentation of the oil pan leak areas are available upon request. I do not believe the service represented good value for the money spent. As of today (Jan 12, 2026) the certified BMW independent mechanic confirmed oil pan gasket was not replaced. BMW, like Apple, have indicators proving when parts have been removed/replaced. Rusty's did not perform the tasks they were hired and PAID to do.
