I went for the very first time to bring my lovely Mercedes Benz and I request to clean the car from inside+ vacuum and I they are never did it !!!!I never have the experience to have the service advisor telling me everything will be fine and trust the process and when I get home I check my car and IT WASNT CLEAN AT ALL … I will not recommend this location whatsoever an special when you paid a Big Amount of Money to service your car … this is UNACCEPTABLE… I will go to ANOTHER location to SERVICE my CAR … and special when you have LUXURY CAR…. Am so DISAPPOINTED… from WOODLANDS location

Where do I start… This place has done me so well! The hospitality, communication, attentiveness, and determination exceeded my expectations! The guys there are super knowledgeable in the automotive industry. You definitely get what you pay for in this industry I’ve came to know. I’ve had shops in the past screw me over with half-ass work and lie about problems that never needed to be attended. ABR pinpoints the issues to a tee and are quick to respond. They’re honest about what they see and complete the task to the best of their ability. ABR accommodated me when my car was being worked on (getting me to and from work on time via uber). I haven’t heard of any other shop that is as care-giving as these guys are. I wanted to shout out Jordan for being an extremely great guy! He helped me out through the whole process, being very compassionate and communicative back and worth with me. I couldn’t recommend a better shop! I LOVE ABR HOUSTON and will RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!

Was referred to ABR from a different shop while trying to hunt someone down for an allignment. Due to my vehicle being lowered it’s not an easy task, but ABR managed to get me scheduled in a timely manner and did an excellent job. Although price may seem high for an alignment, it’s totally understandable for the extra leaps and bounds they take to do quality work and to provide outstanding service. Out of a few shops I’ve been to as well, they were the only shop to point out my upper shock mounts might as well been non-existent, and I was able to get them replaced same day! Huge thanks to the team at ABR, will definitely be returning in the future!
