This is a long over-due review these fellas at ABR deserve. Speaking with Jordan from the first interaction he LISTENED, to my concerns, properly relayed the information to the service technician Sean and proceeded to the diagnosis process. Within a couple days the issue was found and repaired because of proper communication, technically knowledge by the technician and also actually understanding how things work. Can’t speak for the rest of the shop but quite frankly Jordan and Sean are badass. Not to mention they didn’t try to shove down my throat all the other repairs that needed to be performed. Give these guys a raise! M3 is now tuned sitting at 650 hp to the wheels.

Very professional and transparent. Not the cheapest but after the m=mechanics I have run into. I don't want the cheapest. I want a company that will take pride in the work and fix the issues along with backing their work. The old saying " you get what you pay for" Didn't low ball me with a quote to get me Pregeant and then hit me up with a bunch of add-ons. The quote was what it was, and it was a big job with a lot of problems they had to figure out that was caused by my "cheap quote. Two thumbs up

I have a VW Golf GTI - I have had repairs and servicing carried out at ABR for two years now. The shop is well located, the work is well priced and well carried out and they are really clear on what is needed and what is not. There's no forced upsell or arm twisting. They also have free loaners, good coffee and the friendlist shop dog.

We had an outstanding experience at ABR Houston. Our check engine light came on right before a trip, and we were worried about the potential cost. Their team quickly ran diagnostics on our Mercedes GLE 350 and found the issue—a damaged gas cap. They replaced it the right away. Quick response on the phone to discuss the service. Welcomed into a clean professional waiting area, plenty of space and a work area that you can plug your devices into. Service was quick and done professionally. Once complete Brandon went into detail of upcoming services that may need to be done. The shop itself is climate controlled and truly state of the art. I took my Panamera GTS to ABS for a service. Upon arrival I was greeted by a technician who greeted me in the parking lot and walked me through the initial process. The waiting area was very clean and the environment felt efficient and professional. I was told the service would take an hour (it may have been less), I was also introduced to the actual technician who worked on my car. An hour later, (as promised), my car’s service was completed. Alex and Brandon answered all of my questions before purchasing a pre-owned BMW leaving no doubts that I was making the right buy and it was going to be my go to place for any service. I was so bummed out as a friend of mine got into my Porsche the other day and yanked on the cup holder and broke it. I called ABR and spoke with Jordan and I made an appointment to find out what ABR could do about it. Upon arrival I met Jordan and he was very friendly. My Porsche was driven into a stall and was being checked out. In the meantime I noticed how nice the lounge in front was. Phone chargers were available, comfortable seating for relaxing or working, refreshing drinks and coffee and this place is so clean that one could eat scrambled eggs made off of the floor. About 10 minutes later the car was returned to the front. Jordan informed me that yes the cup holder was damaged but that they were able to fix it, so no need to return the car for the actual fix. I was thrilled as I reached for my credit card to pay for the service and Jordan said no no - It’s on the house. It was an amazing moment in my car life as something like that hasn’t occurred to me since 1978 when a service writer for a Chevy dealer waived all of the charges ($328) on repairs on my 1978 Silver Anniversary Corvette just because the repairs were not finished on time. Go to ABR for your European car maintenance and repairs - ask for Jordan get treated to an amazing facility, friendly people and great atmosphere. I’m sure that they don’t give away service very often and I am hooked now. I plan to return in 2000 miles for a oil change and anything else that needs attention. Did I write too much?

ABR Houston saved our lives! The high Houston flood waters damaged our BMW X3. It was a problem that nobody knew how to fix and would cost a lot of money. When my bf called the shop and spoke with Jordan, he knew what the problem was immediately, and how to fix it. We took the X3 to this shop, and they fixed it perfectly for a really fair price. We recently needed some engine work, so we brought the X3 back here! They always do an amazing job with impeccable repairs. We will only bring our car here for any future work. Jordan is literally a lifesaver that knows everything about European cars! Thank you so much for everything you do! My bf says they are the “BMW Whisperers” and that this should be the only place people bring their Bavarian cars. We will be customers for life! PS - They have the loveliest dog ever!
