Was in the neighborhood so we stopped in at Das' new location in Magnolia to make an appointment to get our Porsche Macan serviced for an oil change. I brought my MK7 GTI to these guys for turbo and intercooler upgrade. Richard and his guys do excellent work. They are very thorough and will work with you. My car is a missile now. I can't say enough good thing's about these guys. Their service is top notch and better than any dealership. It's also nice to see a few Porsches and Audi R8 in the shop.

Richard and his Technician Andrew did an amazing job getting my wife’s Audi SQ5 back on the road in just a couple of days. Richard called me with a very detailed list of what they found wrong as well as having pictures supporting his findings. The technician took photos of the progress of work as it was being done to give me peace of mind that I was not being screwed over by a dishonest mechanic. I have 2 Audi’s and this will be the only place I ever bring them for any future work. This type of honesty is hard to find these days. Thank you Richard and Andrew for a job well done.

Every once in awhile, you meet people and have interactions that give you a renewed hope in honesty and integrity. The guys at Das European Autohaus Service and Repair have done that for me. The technicians were friendly and answered all my questions and they kept me informed as the repair went along. The owner would answer calls after hours, gave me great options for my repair and was fair with all aspects of our dealings. He went well above and beyond to get my daughters car back on the road. I can't thank the whole team enough and would highly recommend them, without hesitation, for anyone needing repair work done. They certainly will have my future business.

These guys are awesome, don't take your car anywhere else. Couldn't ask for better customer service. They are very knowledgeable, they went out of their way to help me and also it turned out to be cheaper on my pocket book then I ever expected, and way less then I was quoted by a different place. I stumbled upon this gem of an auto service center and can confidently say that I won't be taking my Porsche anywhere else from now on. The level of service I received here surpassed even that of a Porsche dealership. Oh man was I excited when I heard Christian was opening up a shop closer to me. I can't tell you how many times he as a business owner has bent over backwards for his customers even if he's not getting paid. Take for instance, a couple weeks ago I was traveling 12 hours in my diesel Passat when the fuel station's diesel pump gave me 8 gallons of water instead of diesel instantly exploding my high pressure fuel pump. I was pretty sure it was my fuel pump so I double checked with Christian and even over the phone he confirmed it. The shop that I had my car towed too there in Gainesville Texas couldn't even figure that out and said that all they had to do was clean my fuel filter and flush my tank and I was good to go. Then after having it a week they said I needed a new engine. New turbo new fuel tank. New fuel lines. New fuel injectors, etc.... If you know anything about diesel Volkswagens and the CP4 high pressure fuel pump when they explode, it sends metal throughout your entire fuel system so that anything that fuel touches has to be changed out. Not the engine or turbo. This shop was supposed to be master German mechanics. One call to Christian and he informed me that I could call my insurance and file a comprehensive claim which I did and was approved and they ended up totaling out my car. Now because of Christian being so awesome I picked up an Audi A6 supercharged 3L. Why? Because I have a pension for loving German vehicles and I have an awesome mechanic in my back pocket. That's why I won't go with anything else. It's so hard to find an honest mechanic and a good person and now I'm lucky enough to have his shop even closer to me. Obviously he's good. He just opened a second shop. Here's to many more years of you turning wrenches on my clapped out German vehicles Christian haha!!!!

Very disappointed with my experience here. I brought my vehicle in for a seatbelt issue and explained that I believed it was the sensor. Instead of performing what felt like a thorough inspection, the advisor appeared to base the diagnosis primarily on what I described verbally. There was no clear walkthrough of testing or confirmation of the exact failure before presenting me with a quote. They pulled my VIN number and quickly generated an estimate totaling over $1,600 for a driver-side seat belt latch replacement. That is a significant repair cost to recommend without clearly showing the diagnostic process. We were also left sitting in the waiting area for quite a while with no updates. I finally went up to the front desk myself to ask what was going on, and only then did I get a brief explanation. Communication throughout the visit was poor and made the experience even more frustrating. What was especially concerning was when I mentioned that the Mercedes dealership had quoted me a much lower price for the same issue, I was told that “that doesn’t make any sense.” Instead of explaining the difference professionally, the comment came across as dismissive. As a customer, I expect transparency, proper diagnostics, clear communication, and respectful service — especially when discussing expensive repairs. Unfortunately, I left feeling unheard and uncomfortable with how this situation was handled. I would not recommend this location based on my experience.
