Mark was the first person I talked to on the phone, I was trying to use a discount thru my car insurance and was a little irritated because I couldn’t order online, Mark was very patient, listened and started looking right into what I was looking for. The day I came into the shop the service and tire advisor Kevin Sharp took his time and found me better tires than what I was originally looking into. It was close to closing time but at no time did I feel rushed. The day of installation was a pleasant experience all staff on sight were professional and took good care of my vehicle, I left very pleased and will recommend this particular shop #4232 to friends and family.
