Came here for years to get oil changed, but suddenly they declined and said no oil pressure, when in reality the new guy couldn't get the drain bolt off. Not coming back. Pic of "low oil pressure" below.

Superb tire service at excellent prices. New tires, mounted and balanced on my daughter's car in just over an hour.

I was there two and a half hours before they told me they couldn't even figure out how to take my tire off because one lugnut was smaller then the rest.... Umm try a different tool? I drove down the street to Tejano tire shop and they had me in and out in under 30min.

I've had two vehicles serviced for oil changes for the past 4yrs & have never had a problem. They do get bussy on the weekend so it is best to go Mon.-Thr.

I ordered tires online, it took 30 days for them to confirm they actually received the tires. The assistant manager called me and did nothing but complain about how it was an online issue. He told me I could come in the next morning and just drive right up. Showed up, was told the weight was 3 hrs...... made an appointment, been waiting 1 hr 40 minutes now

Had an oil change as I was going to be driving long distance. After driving 500 plus miles my maintenance light came on. It stated it was time for an oil change. Walmart crew never reset my mileage to zero after changing my oil.

Worst experience ever getting an oil change. Not only dud they not open on time (15 minutes late) they didn’t seem to care that they didn’t open on time. When they finally took my information to get my oil changed they said it would be 30 minutes which seemed like a long time considering I was the only car there fir an oil change. Forty five minutes later I was told (after hunting someone down) it would be another 20 minutes. Seriously!!! I finally get my car back from an unfriendly employee and they didn’t bother to reset the oil indicator lite. WOW

Some auto center employee that looks like he gets hit with a 2x4 in the face every week ( for clearly very good reason ) lazily greeted me after 5 minutes of walking about the service desk looking for people. I asked to test my battery for warranty replacement because voltage was low as indicated by my OBD tool... he vaguely pointed to his registrar and said: "My only warranty testing tool is this registrar, so you can bring the battery in we'll see if it failed". There no way his Point of Sale is telling him if my battery is faulty, they have a tool that tests it which he refused to do. Then he offered to install a new battery for me and charge me for it to THEN see if my battery was under warranty, I refused and agreed to bring the battery in if I could just borrow a 10mm socket to take the terminals off - he refused that too and pointed me inside the store to go buy tools. What an absolute trash of a representative. I went to a wallmart down the street, was greeted immediately, battery tested for free, swapped immediately and was on my way in 10-15 minutes. NEVER GO HERE! Go to the one on Kyhkandahl Rd

Took my vehicle in for 4 new tires. I was 2nd in line as I got there right after they opened. The technician said it would only take about an hour, so I took my 3 year old toddler to shop around the rest of the store (toy department) while we waited. After an hour and a half I went to check on it and they still weren't finished. By now my toddler was getting bored and tired which makes for a bad combination. We tried to kill some more time but ultimately went back and sat and waited in the auto area. Finally, after almost 2 and a half hours, they finished with my vehicle and we were able to check out and leave. 2.5 hours to change out 4 tires?? Not sure what they were doing back there, but it wasn't working on my vehicle!

Go elsewhere for service. Clearly the kid at desk does NOT want to work. Was told 2hrs for tire repair. Then asked for appointment and he was playing with the computer for 15 minutes with no response. So I left... 7/28/2023 @ 11:45

The garage mechanic was great but the lady at the desk refused to give me My ETA or even to talk to the mechanics to determine an ETA. Kept telling me I'd have to ask them even though they weren't available to ask. When I finally did talk to the mechanic he was great and took care of me.

I went for oil change at this location at the end of July this year. The technician failed to properly tighten the drain plug, causing a small oil leak. I didn't notice it until two months later, after driving 400 miles, and the oil level had dropped to the minimum. A local mechanic identified the problem as a poorly tightened drain plug and tightened it which stopped the leak. I'm worried about what could have happened if I hadn't caught the leak - my engine could have been damaged. As a loyal customer who has visited multiple Walmart Auto Centers, I was disappointed to experience such subpar workmanship. I urge you to educate your staff on proper technique and attention to detail to prevent similar incidents. Please ensure technicians understand the severity of their mistakes and take steps to rectify this issue. I hope to see improvements in the quality of service at your locations.

I’ve been a loyal customer and a big fan of Walmart Auto Care for years. I’ve always trusted your team and even recommended this location to friends because of the professional service I experienced before. That’s why my most recent visit was so disappointing. I arrived early in the morning when there were no other cars. The staff who greeted me seemed to be trainees, which I was willing to understand. But when I got my car back, the windshield and floor mats were dirtier than before, and there were greasy handprints on my leather interior. At home, I opened the hood and found a screw missing from the air filter cover. This kind of carelessness makes me question whether my car was serviced properly.
