Omg...I stopped by Firestone on Michigan today to get a quote on my tires being calabriated, a worker name NEVIN assisted me, he calabriated my tires with no charge not knowing that a previous quote I received quoted me $110.. FIRE STONE proved to me that it's important to check around... NEVIN could have told me anything and being a senior citizen female not knowing about cars I would have believed him...I WOULD SUGGEST TO EVERYONE IF YOU NEED ANY TYPE OF SERVICE DONE TO YOUR VEHICLE MAKE SURE YOU STOP AT FIRESTONE COMPLETE AUTO CARE ON MICHIGAN IN CORKTOWN...I got back in my car with tears in my eyes.

Renee was super professional, helpful, and honest. I had gotten my car serviced a few weeks ago and had a good experience so I knew where to go when my check engine light came on (unrelated to the service done prior). Even though I had to wait a couple of days for the proper technician to check out my car/get the necessary part, I was promptly scheduled and was assisted in at least identifying the error. By the time my appt came around, the issue had essentially resolved itself but I still wanted to stop by and make sure I was in the clear. I really appreciate that Renee did not try to charge me for any unnecessary service and helped educate me on what was up. I’ve been to other mechanics that will find any reason (or make one up) to bill for service so it is refreshing to find a place where the mechanics/sales associates are helpful, kind, and straightforward

It’s something about that location based in the heart of Detroit-downtown. They have to deal with so many different attitudes and backgrounds, me being one of them, yet they still deliver pristine workmanship in service that is one of the reasons I’ve been going there for over 15 years. There should be a case study about that location and how good they are With their customers and their technical capabilities. I say that because I’ve been to many other Firestone and I don’t always leave with a smile, but that one I do.

Renee at Firestone is absolutely amazing. From the moment I walked in, she was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. She took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions without rushing me, and gave honest advice about my car situation. What really stood out was how transparent she was. She did not try to upsell me or pressure me into unnecessary repairs. Instead, she walked me through my options and made sure I understood what made the most sense financially and mechanically. That level of integrity is rare. If you are going to Firestone, ask for Renee. She truly goes above and beyond for her customers and makes the whole process smooth and stress free. Staff were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and friendly from the time of booking the appointment, to my arrival and collection of vehicle information/confirming my needs and the best tire for my needs, to completing the work! Convenient location if you choose to stay and wait and want to grab some food at one of the nearby restaurants, or comfortable seating area if you prefer to hang! 10/10 would definitely recommend!

Scheduled a week in advance for 4 tires and an alignment. The only thing that can be adjusted is the inner/ outer tie rods. Total should have taken an hour tops. Dropped car off at 9 AM. Past when they close (7pm) I'm still sitting here waiting for my car to be done. At 6:35pm I'm told they didn't even start the alignment, but want me to come back another day after the tires have been installed. So great drive, on my brand new tires with a bad alignment. They have no issue changing non paying people's flats who randomly pulled up while while a paying customer just has to sits here. They need to focus more on the paying customers and less on the random people who aren't even giving them money. Finally got my car back at 7:20pm.
