My transmission went out on me on I-75 they had a tow truck to me within 30 minutes of calling them. They even gave me a ride home. They had my car fixed and back to me the next day. 8-)

They don't work on all transmissions. I have an American car made within the past decade and they wouldn't work on it. They're just trying to sell remanufactured for the quicker swap jobs.

My muffler was broken and I went there to fix it, they are a bit more costly then other places, they fixed my muffler but it got broken again at the same place after few days which was so annoying to me. I didn't like their services and will not recommend this place to anyone.

TERRIBLE!!!!! I was told I could get a "free" inspection. They took my transmission apart without my permission, broke my axles and other parts in the process. I feel like he was basically going to steal the job. He figured once I came back and saw my transmission in leggo pieces, I'd have no choice but to let him finish what he started. NOPE!!!!! He then charged me $360 for taking it apart and fixing what he broke. Once I decided I wasn't going to let him just steal the job, I paid the money to have my car released and had it towed elsewhere as oppose to doing business with them. They boxed up the transmission and its millions of pieces, which of course resulted in parts being missing. The worst experience ever!!

I got the transmission in my 2000 Honda Civic rebuilt here. They were a little slow but I would guess that it was because I literally had it in the shop over Christmas. They were very professional, and my car works again. I was pleased.

Horrible during pandemic they lied said they fixed my clutch charged me $. 1400. I find out today from another transmission shop a year later they never put a new clutch in !!! Calling an attorney to see if it's too late to make a court claim! HORRIBLE WILL BE OUT OF ANOTHER $5000 Now because they lied and didn't replace my clutch caused more damage. Fly wheel , slave cracked if new the slave wouldn't be cracked it's been a year March 15 2020 until now.

We moved to Detroit from the suburbs a couple years ago and were concerned that we would be able to find a good repair shop. When our minivan starting spewing oil we were very concerned that a major repair was coming. We took it to Zach. He had it looked at the same day. They quickly diagnosed the issue, ordered the OEM part from the manufacturer and had the van repaired with a couple hours of the part coming in. The charges for parts and labor was very reasonable. We were very happy with the service we received.

The differential went bad on my Subaru Outback. I found a transmission assembly for them to install. My mistake, it was not a compatible part. They were very accommodating while my car was in their shop for a full week waiting for a correct part to arrive. They are very quick (one day turn around once the correct parts were in hand). The labor price was fair and communication excellent. They gave me honest, trustworthy advice and worked with me above and beyond expectation. Thanks Paul and Transmission Shop!
