My absolute favorite Firestone location in the entire Shreveport-Bossier area. Austin and Eddie are my top “go to” guys when I’m in trouble. They tell me what I need before I can finish describing my issue, that’s just how knowledgeable they are. They are very patient and caring individuals. The whole staff is wonderful. When u are having car problems it’s nice to go into a shop where people are are happy and willing to service. Love love love this location.

Best service I have had in a very long time. Was traveling for work and caught a flat at 5:30 PM. I was at the shop at 6 PM. Spoke to Jarod baylor and he had me a new tire within one hour. I have about 15 hours left of driving and I am confident now with this new tire. 100% the best Firestone I have ever been to. Highly recommend this shop!!!

They Told me it would be an hour. They didn’t start working on it until an hour. Then it took them an hour just to change two tires. I saw them pop the hood which I have no idea why since all I asked for was 2 tires. If they would have told me 4 hours, that is perfectly fine. But don’t mislead customers.

I would give this place a ZERO star if I could. Only bring your vehicle here if you have time to waste and don’t want them to actually service your car! I dropped my car off at 11:30 this morning and was told it would take a few hours. I called to check on it at 3 pm and was told they were about to get started on it due to being short handed but was assured it would be done by the time they close at 7. I never heard back from them so I went up there at 6:45 to pick up my car to find out they hadn’t even touched it! It was still in the same spot I left it 7 hours earlier. The guy did not apologize, only staying if you don’t have an appointment that theirs no guarantee they will get to it. Mind you, I live out of state and it took many moving parts to make it happen to where I would be without my vehicle for the day. Had I not shown up when I did, they would have just locked up shop without a call letting me know, therefore leaving me without a vehicle even longer. Do NOT recommend!

Very friendly staff, answered all my questions, and got my vehicle fixed the same day. It did take a few hours to get it in to be diagnosed even with an appointment, so I’d definitely suggest just dropping it off if you can. But overall I’m very happy with my experience at this location!

Dropped off my jeep today at 7:28 am for my 10:00am Appointment, for the alignment and oil leak check that I requested. I also asked if they were able to adjust my control arms as well and as was told yes but maybe not today which is fine also was told I would get a quote never got a quote. My receipt shows it was checked in at 8:02 am and checked out at 4:26pm mind you my appointment was at 10 I walked over at 1:06 on my lunch break to see that my car hasn’t moved from where I left it and was told by Eddie that someone had pulled it in but couldn’t work on it and was waiting on the master tech to get back which was a lie as I could tell from the oil spot from my oil leak. Fast forward to me coming to pick up my car I get told that they can’t align my vehicle and that they could only adjust the toe as my control arms needed adjustment. I asked them if they could adjust them and was met with a look of disinterest and annoyance where I was told that they’d have to move it to another bay and that the master tech leaves at 6 so my car is worse off than before if I could give zero stars I would. Never again.

I waited a couple of months to post this, just in case. Back in September, I had a tire with low pressure. I took it here and asked them to plug or patch it. They came to me and said they couldn't do either, I needed a new tire. I got a weird feeling about it, and asked them to put the tire back on, and I'd go elsewhere. It's been just shy of 6 months, and it's been holding firm at 35 PSI since I left there. I know immense pressure is put on these guys to sell tires, so beware.

Hello, I’m reaching out to share some constructive feedback regarding how customer complaints should be handled at any level. My goal isn’t to place blame, but to offer a suggestion that could help improve customer experience and consistency across locations. From a customer perspective, it would be helpful if employees especially store managers should be given clearer guidance on how to respond when concerns come up. Simple things like acknowledging the issue, listening without becoming defensive, and showing empathy go a long way. Even when a problem can’t be immediately resolved, customers want to feel heard and respected. Do not disrespect the customer by walking off or acting like their problem wasn’t important like Eddie did. I believe it would benefit the company to coach employees on a basic approach to complaints, such as: • Thanking customers for bringing issues forward • Listening fully before responding • Using empathetic language • Clearly explaining next steps or options • Knowing when to involve a manager or if you’re the manager, act like it. Providing employees with example phrases and clear escalation guidelines could help avoid misunderstandings and reduce frustration on both sides. I’m sharing this because I value the company and believe small changes in communication could make a big difference in customer satisfaction and trust. I only needed a tire rotation and help lowering the spare tire from under my truck. I was informed of why I couldn’t lower the spare tire within minutes of arrival at no charge. Then, after the tires were rotated in very short order, I realized that I didn’t have my wallet with me and tried to pay with my phone which also failed. I then asked if it would be ok if I went home to get my wallet, but instead the entire fee was waved. You don’t see service like that much anymore. I intend to get all future maintenance on my vehicle through this Firestone location and couldn’t be more pleased. This event was the second time that this Firestone location has helped me tremendously.

These days, service people being nice is a plus. Thats the best part of the service here. They were nice! The problem is that Firestone, supposedly built on integrity - according to the original founder of Firestone, has unnecessary charges built in to their services. If the customer doesnt notice them, then too bad. As an example, a $20 shop fee. Its there "because they use special tools" or "add a tiny bit of grease" or "something else not large enough to actually charge for", so they just charge every single customer that fee. I dont think thats honest. Why? Because Firestone is already charging its customers a fee to perform a service, and those things should be included in that fee. In fact, my alignment was twice the price of anywhere else locally. The only thing I got out of it was a lifetime balance warranty. Thats just them putting a risk on the truck to not have problems during the lifetime of ownership. For a 12-month warranty, it was only $50 less. So they are still out pricing everybody else (four other stores locally within 10 mi charging $99). I think its wrong to charge customers fees and not explain them up front.
